Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. IrelandI thought the food - breakfast at Zamana and dinner in each of the Dawat and Wild Rice restaurants - was okay but not in any way spectacular. I did not feel that it was on a par with the rest of the hotel.
Public areas were beautiful, room was spacious, very well equipped and comfortable. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Complementary car to airport was really convenient for late night flight.

PakistanParking inside the hotel us a bit small as compared to to the number of rooms and visitors that come.
Location was a prime one. The scene outside from the room window was so scenic where I could see the lush green grass and plantation. There was no noise from the traffic as it was well inside the premises. There staff at the reception was very courteous and accommodated me one hour before check in time. The housekeeping was also upto the mark. And most importantly the security staff was very efficient and professional. Last thing that I want to mention is the high quality spring bottled water that was provided in the rooms

All was good, check in was quick and easy. Room was good, complimentary fruit platter was welcome.

KuwaitWhile my stay had some positives, there were a few areas that need improvement. Housekeeping did not replenish the coffee or tea during my stay, so I ran out well before my last day. Room service was friendly and professional, but food orders took a long time to arrive, and the portions were quite small. Additionally, the hotel does not offer natural juices, which was disappointing. One major issue was the occasional smell of cigarettes in the bathroom, despite the hotel’s no-smoking policy, making the experience uncomfortable.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The interior design is stunning, creating a warm and luxurious ambiance. The reception and concierge team were outstanding, always helpful, professional, and attentive. My room was spacious, with an incredibly comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the complimentary laundry service, it was such a thoughtful touch. On top of that, the spa and pool were fantastic, adding to the overall relaxation and enjoyment of my stay. I would definitely love to return
