I’ve stayed at Faisalabad Serena Hotel multiple times and it has consistently delivered excellent service. The overall hospitality, ambiance, cleanliness, and especially the breakfast buffet are truly outstanding — well above local standards. The only area that needs slight improvement is the in-room dining (room service). While it’s functional, the quality, presentation, or speed could be enhanced to match the otherwise premium experience of the hotel. That said, Faisalabad Serena remains my first choice for accommodation in the city.

Everything was great except for one thing — I expected the room, especially the Executive Double Room, to be more spacious. I assumed it would be the size of a typical upscale room, but it turned out to be smaller than expected. That said, the overall service was truly commendable. The hotel also features a beautiful touch of local traditional architecture, which added a unique and delightful charm to the experience.

The pillows were big and of firm size but did manage to see that you can change the pillow.

The hotel was nice, the staff were nice and very welcoming and gave good advice when required. The room was big and comfortable and extra was with the room such as bath robes, slippers etc.

I did not like the reception calling on my room phone at 11:15 pm asking me to pay immediately the cost of dinner at your barbeque restaurant. Although I did sign in the restaurant under my room no. 143. I could have paid the amount in the morning at the time of checkout. I paid around Rs. 89000 upfront at the time of booking and I wouldn't have mind even paying extra if the receptionist had ask me. Calling me from my room to the reception at late night like I would have run away with Rs. 12900 the cost of dinner. I booked 3 rooms and was expecting a much better service. However, the manager Aqib came to me in the morning while I was having breakfast & apologized for the night in question but it was too late since the damage was done. He offered some discount from room rate as compensation but for me few thousands discount don't make a difference.

exceptional architecture, beautiful oud smell all over the hotel I must make reference to ather at front desk, exceptional service level and very articulate young man, nothing was a problem for him and very attentive. Please share this feedback as Ather has a promising career ahead of him
