Plz introduce authentic chinese to value for money as they charge for continental. Thank you

Guests were only allowed to have one lap of everything- for example, go karting, bowling alley, ATV. We couldn’t enjoy fully due to this restriction for guests. Bowling Alley was not well kept and food quantity was less in restaurants (200 grams for every thing).

Stairs or steps free access and better ramps for wheel chair users

Customer service was excellent, everything I asked for was provided with excellent customer care which impressed me the most. The views from room were good, As only Bistro was open and available during my stay, all the dishes I tried were good but their chicken malai handi is exceptional.

Too many mosquitoes

We had a great time at the dreamworld resort. The facilities are excellent, and the staff is very friendly and well-trained. It is a perfect place for a family getaway. A special thanks to Mohd Rashid, who was our facilitator. He is very friendly and always quick to respond. He made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this resort!

The breakfast buffet was not good the type.of dishes or what u can say basic things like paratha etc we have to order on special requests and that buffet incharge mr zahid lacks basic manners The only thing I didn't like rest everything was perfect

The most frustrating part was that even at midnight, the water was warm, and during the summer, we can't tolerate salty warm water.

Many things stood out, particularly the artificial sea-themed children's pool restaurant named Bristo, and the luxurious, impeccably clean rooms for accommodation and the staff specially the boy with the name of Zayan.

Mosquitoes. A lot of them. All my kids and us had a lot of mosquito bites. Please be careful when going there.

The facility has a lot of perks. We were not able to enjoy all due to time constraints. Horse riding was one is the best sport we had there.

Breakfast is a low end. Im sure they can add bakery items (beside the usual bread), cold meats or even fruit bar & cheese. Served in Bistro restaurant, it's nowhere near a french style breakfast! And PLEASE add a vent net on the outside to keep the hundreds of crows coming to snatch my food or flying inside.

The rooms are extremely well maintained in terms of cleaniless, arrangement & amenities. Sadia checked in on us with complete vigilance during the stay. So thank you to her as well. This is a complete family stay experience, from resort activities which are all very well maintained as well. We are definitely coming back!

The washroom was clean and neat. The only issue was with sink tap, which is behind the sink, and water fell on the floor, making it dirty.

Maybe that you have to walk across long distances, but i guess thats the fun part as well.
