We stayed at YahVilla for 2 nights and 3 days, and it was such a warm and peaceful experience. The place is run by a wonderful family who made us feel right at home. They were so kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about our comfort. The location is a bit away from the city’s main spots, but it was still convenient enough—and honestly, the quiet surroundings made it even more relaxing. The house was clean, cozy, and perfect for a restful break. What made it truly special was the love and care the hosts put into everything. We left with full hearts and will definitely come back.

The hosts Elizabeth and Jason are incredibly accommodating and just some really nice people. I thought the property even though rough around the edges as it’s still being completed has a nice feel to it. The location is really good for some adventures in the local area! And the view from the roof is one of the best in Baguio!

My Globe sim card didn’t work here, but that is off course not there fault. I also had issues with connecting to the wifi, but the owner solved it with a personal router (20 peaos per giga)

Still under construction but once completed it will be one of the best staycations in Baguio City.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to YahVilla for accommodating us during our stay last December 25-26, 2024, even though we arrived quite late for check-in. Despite this, everything was seamless, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality. The villa was comfortable, cozy, and perfect for our holiday getaway in Baguio. Friendly hosts. Ample room. Private bathroom, though outside of the room. Clean. Wifi and hot water work fine. Parking bay available.

I was overwhelmed by the hospitality of the lovely family who are owning guesthouse they are super kind generous and helpful 😊 ❤️ what I liked more is the fact that they considered me like a member of their family. Far from the city center. Extremely low water pressure in the shower. There's a moldy smell in the rooms. No safety lock inside. Garage entrance with paint smell. No elevator just dirty stairs. No bathroom stopper or rug,can be dangerous as the floor can be slippery when wet. Dirty wide windows Unreliable wifi connection No trash bin. Cockroaches are present. Barking dogs in early morning. Shared refrigerator. With the fabulous ratings,I guess I'm just the unfortunate ones.I believe this place needs a lot of improvement & cleaning.

Owner was kind & accommodating. Rooms are spacious. Nice view. They provide old towels.

I like the warm welcome of the owner itself. The room is cozy and the ambience is relaxing. The place has a good view overlooking the clusters of pine trees . The bathroom is clean which is the first one to consider and I love that they have a heater🤗🥰.

Cleanliness really poor. Lack of independency as you have to ring always for them to open so if you want to be late or do whatever, you really can't since you don't want to show at midnight and wake them up (unless you don't give a damm) The entrance is like a construction site Location very far, you rely on taxi all the time as the other transport is really slow and unreliable and the area is not the best example of the rest of the city Too expensive for what offers (and I was "lucky" that I paid discounted price, for full price I'd have been fuming.

I love the room, It's spacious and comfortable. The owner of the hotel is also very kind and accomodating. They welcome us very warmly. I will surely stay at Yahvilla homestay again next time.
