Some areas of the facilities are outdated or old needs improvement to attract future guests or customers. The front signage and lighting needs to be improved can be more bright and bold para mas madali makita. The front entrance door needs to be fixed, we can hear the noise from our room when opening/closing.

Excellent location very accessible, overlooking the taal lake view, very good breakfast(sana my choice na ng tawilis next time at kahit black coffee lang ok na po wag na ung 3in1 for me lang po)😊, very accommodating staffs from the security to housekeeping. Mababait po mga staffs. Overall safe, maganda at comfortable po magstay dito.

The room was spacious and had good potential, but it really needs a deep clean. The floor should be properly swept and mopped, and the sink, toilet, and bathroom need more attention. There was rust on the faucet, and the kettle wasn’t clean. Also, some fixtures were loose and should be fixed. With better maintenance, it could be a great stay.

We had a great stay—perfect for families. The area is quiet and safe, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractons The villa has an excellent view, which made mornings especially nice. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the kids loved it. Breakfast was decent Would definitely recommend for a comfortable family trip.

Everything about our stay was amazing! From the most accommodating and friendly staff to the cozy, beautiful space and breathtaking view — Marinelli truly exceeded our expectations. They even let us check in early so we could rest, helped with our luggage even before check-in time, and made everything so smooth and welcoming. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire place had such a warm and welcoming vibe. It’s just a few meters away from restaurants and cafes, and only minutes away from everything else you’d want to explore in Tagaytay. Marinelli definitely made our trip extra special. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, we got a room very close to the main road and the traffic noise was loud, it was difficult to rest in our room before the traffic eased off in the later evening.

Great location, clean and tidy, plus the bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of restaurants and Starbucks within a couple of minutes' walk. The view from the lobby dining area was super, the Taal volcano and lake were front and centre viewing.

There is need for refurbishment especially in the bathroom. The shower in my room was poorly installed with very low water pressure. The shower at the pool did not work at all! The location of the Hotel was actually 1km West of where it is shown on the map. It is not a particularly walkable route, so transport will likely be needed. The pool closes quite early, at 5-6pm. It would be nice to add some lighting and enjoy an evening swim.

The service was great and the location was very pretty with a great view. There was a new aircon unit installed and the value for money was excellent!

The breakfast needs to improve or get attention. It'll serve a plate like a set menu a rice, two eggs and a meat. This was pre arranged the staff will ask you to select or choose meal a day before the following day. Breakfast is a 'silogan' chick/pork/beefsilog. No variety of choices. Coffee and juices were all packets.... The use of pool is not free you have to pay. The picture on the website is misleading we thought this is a part of the amenities....

The view is gorgeous overlooking the Taal volcano. The location was fab. Outside the hotel you can take easily a public transport to get around to some places. The staff were great!

My Deluxe room was situated on the lower ground floor; the window was on to an internal reception room with sliding glass doors on to a terrace. Hence the room was dark & smelt a little musty; noise reverberated from the room next to mine which was used by the staff for linen storage etc It was relatively cheap compared to the other rooms so they are probably lighter & airier.

The Villa's gardens are very well-maintained & include a fountain, fish pond & pool. No wonder it's a popular venue for wedding photos. Lovely views of the lake & volcano. Friendly staff. V gd breakfast & v comfortable bed.

As the accommodation is at busy road, you can hear the noise from the road on your room.

The accommodation was excellent. Friendly people, nice countryside view, swimming pool, nice garden. You can have your breakfast on the room or on terrace. Parking just in front of entrance.

The location of rooms beside the reception which is near the streets..

The location of the property is very accessible to transport if you ate going there without car but in our case we are happy that the property has ample space for parking. The rooms are big and the place is very serene which is good if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay.. however the room beside the reception area near the street is not good since you can hear vehicles come and go.. but overall we like the place and the breakfast! The staffs are also accommodating and courteous.. ☺️☺️

It's a shame that the swimming pool does not have a heater so we were not able to use it with our family. Moreover, it would've been better if their breakfast menu expanded to something more like continental breakfast.

The toilet in general can be more cleaned or changed since it is also old, and worn out. The shower does not have enough pressure. We just stayed 1 night so we didn't have time to inform the staff about the water pressure.

The friendliness of the staff are exceptional and the nice garden with view of the Taal. The breakfast was also good, simple but delicious. The house is old, but charming.
