Staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend Chilo bar. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Great food and fantastic service at Chilo. Grace and Abegail went above and beyond typical service. They made me feel welcomed as a solo traveler.

Not actually didnt like😅 but I think you just need to fix the water temperature at the shower room. It has no middle temp. Its neither too hot or too cold😅

The noise from the road and loud motorcycles that seem to constantly travel up and down the road.

The picture of the room that we rented online was not as big as it should have been, the beds should have been bigger, we got the delex twins, in the advertisement is showed a Queen and a twin size Bed in the room but the place was cleaned, except the pool was not in the mornings. The staff was very nice. I do not care for paying the VAT and your service charge. It was ridiculous. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay,

The AC in the room didn’t work very well so it was quite hot. The room is nice but basic so feels bit overpriced.

Parking was full so you have to find an empty spot near the location of the hotel and walk far. Not sure if the parking was full from guests or from employees’ vehicles. The restaurants were popular so you need to make reservations in advance, even you’re a hotel guest.

Excellent staff who really take care of guests from the door to your room. The restaurants inside the hotel close late, so even you arrive late at night, you can grab something to eat. There was public transportation around the hotel and also shuttles and taxis.

Counter Staff not clear on info, and needs to be flexible if they want me to come back next time!

good customer Service, although there was a miscommunication about breakfast. Checked in earlier amd paid for it, asked the counter service staff if we can go straight in for breakfast and they said yes, but when inside resto we were told that our free breakfast will be the next day. Counter staff should be precise in explaining things, as it was very awkward to be told like this, i can afford their breakfast 10 times over, just embarrased and ended up going to the other resto in the hotel. Staff should be clear in explaining things to guest! Care factor is 7 out of 10!

The heater in the room was not working. There was no water early in the morning. Breakfast was not too good. Bed was too small.

I liked the ambiance and location of the hotel. The staffs were friendly. Offers types of pillows according to your preference. The security guards were respectful and helpful. Airconditioning was great. Fast check in and check out service.

Rooftop restaurant needs improvement. Food is excellent, but it's hard to get a table as service seems to be a bit unorganzied, leaving tables dirty for ages, not cleaning properly for next guests...

Top notch hotel in Legazpi. Breakfast selection was huge, room was quiet (because we had backyard view on a roof and building site) and clean.

I’d consider this a luxury hotel for the province! Beautiful hotel room layout, with clean and comfortable beds. The toilets were well equipped and the entire place felt quite high-end. Some of the my friends had hotel rooms with the view of the Mayon as well. Central area and much to do around it!

2nd floor foyer smells like stinky feet as you get off the lift. Shower seems old ans shower head doesnt connect properly to stay at a fixed direction in room 201.

Nothing you could do but I was disappointed when I asked to book a family room so my family and I could spend time together and all your rooms are booked already and there was no way of putting us in a different room with added bed. But I know that is how it is.

Everything was great. Every time I come here to visit family I stay here.
