A hiccup in relation to towels but managed well by Cathy.

Breakfast has good variety, the Mana resto is well-presented. The staff are amazing- Chris and the rest of the team are very pleasant, respectful and attentive. The staff in the reception like Heart and her colleagues are very helpful and professional. Housekeeping are excellent!

The door opening to the bathroom was inconvenient. It had little space to move around. No shower curtain, so there was a tendency that the bathroom floor will get wet when you shower.

Located walking distance from Manaoag church. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Rooms were new, modern, clean and smells good. The bed was super comfortable. There were a lot of universal outlets and wifi was fast. Amenities were also provided.

One food order in particular did not sit well with us--roast chicken. It was undercooked so I had to request that it be cooked again. The chef accomodated our request without delay. The rest of our food orders during our stay were okay especially the bangus sisig. Portions were also sizable. There was also buffet breakfast on Christmas day 😊

The personnel were very helpful and accomodating. They were extra attentive to the needs of my senior citizen dad. The location was wonderful. It was very near the Manaoag church so I could park in the hotel parking lot and we'd walk (or take a tricycle) to the church. When I checked out, brought my car to the church, thinking I could park there, and realized that was not feasible, we went back to the hotel and the guard allowed us to park again so we could go to church on Christmas day. Kudos to kuya--malaking tulong po sa amin ng daddy ko yun!

The meals at the restaurant we're quite good. However, they could have given us Eggs that were cooked but not sitting around for a long time and cooling down.

Overall, the hotel was good. However, with all the blackouts, it was hard on all the cell phones and other things to charge.

Location is very accessible to the church and to our ancestral home in Poblacion..Loved Manaoag Hotel and the restaurant..Staff are all lovely respectful and accomodating.Will be staying again to your hotel when we go back in the Philippines…Thank You Very Much..

It can be noisy with traffic and karaoke surrounding the hotel. Front desk can work on being a little bit more friendlier but other staff were excellent, super friendly.

Hotel is fairly new and still in great condition. Security Bellman and restaurant stuff very friendly.

The elevator suddenly glitched when we were inside, going down to the ground floor.

It was a very decent place to stay, especially since we stayed there for only one night. We left to have our car blessed at Manaoag Church. We went out early to avoid the long queue, especially since it was Easter Sunday, so it was a memorable day for our family. We returned, ate breakfast, attended the 2024 Easter Sunday mass, and left. This is where you can check in and leave your car since parking near Manaoag Church is difficult.

Excellent service. I am not a food critic but the choices were limited and most of the dishes were only lightly warm and became cold as soon as we reached our table to eat.

It was a pleasure staying at this brand new property, which is just few minutes walking from the Minor Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary of Manaoag. Very nicely built equipped with all the modern amenities! Courteous staff, too - Staff were very professional and polite and was more than ready to help at all ten points, from Guards to Receptionist, Housekeeping to Restaurant staff! I will definitely stay there again.

Property is weirdly designed. We had to use stairs after taking the lift to get to our room, difficult for older guests who struggle with steps. Food was good but was over priced. Beds were incredibly stiff. I think the plugs are of insufficient voltage, my phone charger would not work at all (maybe that’s just our room)

Good location, 5 minutes walk away from Manaoag Church. Staff are friendly. Parking is free which is a big plus since parking at the church is a big hassle. Food was great.

Not disable friendly. I booked a deluxe room and requested for an accesible room. You have to pay an additional P1000.00/person to upgrade to a superior room that has an elevator for disabled guests.
