the elevator was hot no aircon.. the facility and room was kinda old.. shuttle for transfer took too long to accommodate guest..

Breakfast was great.. i went there on peak season the hotel was packed with guests, it was a total chaos during breakfast, the food was running out every now and then but replenished real fast.. the pool was ok

The rooms are poorly maintained. The toilet & bath , the bedroom floors, wall glass, and restaurant floors were dirty,

The breakfast was good. The building is nice and the swimming pools. We were able to join for free the New Year countdown.

Dinner at the Sandy Point(grill) needs significant improvement. We waited an hour and a half for our meal, and to make up for the long wait, they provided each table with a single mango.

Breakfast offered a great variety. We went around 6:30 to beat the crowds, and the staff were very friendly. The inflatable waterpark was a lot of fun.

Facilities and rooms are clean. Lots of swimming pools, we love the waterpark. Buffet breakfast is also good.

Would be great if the staff will ask for cleaning before doing it. Or just change the schedule - cleaning at 10:30 am is quite early I think.

Awesome place. Welcoming staff. Very beautiful surrounding with satisfying facilities. Noisy on the weekend - a lot of kids in the area. But rooms are quite good in noise isolation. Breakfast is quite good.

They could work on making it a little more wheelchair friendly, small steps everywhere that could do with a little ramp to assist the chairs, and some ramps that need a lesser angle so it's not so steep.. especially for access to the pools.

The place was beautiful, the pool view from my room was amazing! The rooftop bar is a great place to unwind and enjoy a relaxing drink. And the staff were so good 👍 👍👍

Transportation is quite hard.

The staff are very accommodating and polite. The resort have a lot of perks. The whole facility is nice and cozy. Very relaxing place to stay.

Check in took longer than expected. Area to get the towel is only located in the main pool. Some floors, specially in the main building is a slipping hazard.

Breakfast is great. There were a lot of people during our stay though. But we only felt the crowd during dinner and breakfast times, other than those time, people are scattered in the wide area, so there is no crowd in the pools and in other activity areas.

EXTREMELY NOISY! We stayed for 4 days and without fail, every day at around 3-6am, someone would just let doors bang, or have carts banging a door. Poor communication, policies seem to change from one staff to another so you have to ask multiple times and hope one of them would be the right answer. Got locked out of the room for a dead door lock (door lost battery, it would not show any light when key is tapped) and they almost would not send anyone to check it saying they just need to reprogram the keys again (for the 3rd time).

Broken door lock in the washroom, broken veranda lights. Pool towels arent free. No microwave. The room that i have is for couple but im with a friend so the washrooms were clear glass with shade. Please do change that.

All in all excellent I can't think of anything that my wife and I disliked . Pleasant place to relax you seem to belong to a big family the staff were very supportive by all.means. The food was so good that it was hard to choose so many different dishes to choose from Veges so fresh and delicious The dinning Hall so decorative and clean A place that my wife and I would recommend. Perfect
