Since the building has no elevator, the only way to go to the floors are stairs. To improve their customer service more is, they should assign someone to assist for the customer's heavy baggages. Especially if the room assignment is at the top floor and for the PWD and seniors. Also, if you are light sleeper, rooms facing the street are not recommended for you due to the traffic noise.

staff are friendly and accommodating. There are available food for customers (limited) at the second floor. The location is good, few minutes of walk to the mall and fast foods and restaurants. The room is clean and simple. Finally, affordable yet quality accommodation.

Very small room. Advertised on Booking.com as being 30sqmetres with a balcony. It was about 10 sqmetres and balcony was a communal walkway with a few tables and chairs.

Airconditioner filter is not clean; clogged with soot. Blanket is not as comfy. Warm shower not as effective.

It was close to the place where we wanted to go. Few mins walk/ride to Trinoma and SM south.

The Wi-Fi signal could be improved more because these days good internet connectivity is a must. Street traffic doesn't seem to stop, but then again it is understandable because of the location. Parking is limited but then again is provided with security.

The place is very clean and well-maintained. The staff is courteous and accommodating. They also have a cafeteria on-site, which can serve meals as early as 6 am and as late as 9 pm. It has a cozy feel and a nice ambiance.
