The water from the shower and faucet suddenly went slow in the middle of shower time.

Location is like 10 minutes walk to alona, The staff was superb!!! From the front desk, to the kitchen staff, the server to the housekeeper are very nice and friendly. The food was great 👍👍

Only comfy way to go out is via tricycle or shuttle, as location is in an alley. There was a time there was both power outage and water interruption, which was not the resort’s fault though.

Chill and honey ambiance of the place. We had a nice stay overall. Staff are nice, and food is quite affordable.

What an amazing hotel for a great price ! Everything was perfect, the breakfast, the easiness to get to the hotel, very central, so easy to access to the Main Street with all of the restaurants, the room are small but super cozy ! The breakfast was very good, it’s a really great price / quality balance ! The staff was super helpful, they arrange all of our transfers. The swimming pool was really pleasant! We had an amazing stay honestly and I can only 100% recommend the hotel !

I think this is the best option on Panglao Island. 1. The hotel is located away from noisy streets and the busy waterfront. A free shuttle to the beach runs every hour. 2. There are swimming pools on the property, cleaned daily. 3. The rooms are standard for the Philippines, but we were pleased with the daily housekeeping. 4. There is a cafe downstairs with tasty breakfasts (American, Filipino, pancakes), delicious beef dishes, a selection of smoothies and alcoholic cocktails — you can easily have dinner there as well. 5. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. They can also assist in arranging island tours in a comfortable car.

That the roads to the resort were small. Tricycle minimum price was kind a bit too much for a short ride.

The staff was very helpful,friendly and always in a good mood. The room was tidy with good air-conditioning and a nice shower. Food and drinks in the restaurant are good and not overpriced. Even when you cannot attend breakfast because of an early activity, the staff will make you a breakfast package to take with you if you want. The pool was clean and well maintained. Free pool towels are available.. WiFi is available and fast enough. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to Alona beach every hour if you don't want to walk. Walking distance is about 15 minutes to the beach entrance.

perfect spot to stay. close to alona beach. they have a shuttle that takes u back and forth alona beach. walking distance to main street, maybe 8mins. everyone very friendly. quiet area. can organize a ride to port/ airport. room has everything u need. ac good. would stay again

We loved everything about this property! Staff were incredibly friendly & accomodating. The food was superb & tasty. Our room was huge & included an outdoor living area which gave us some much needed separation from the kids when they went to bed. Easily accommodates our family of 5. Pool was great & there was a shuttle from the hotel to & from town every hour. Easy walk home from town if you missed the last shuttle too. Would absolutely go back to this place!

The staff is great. Very nice and helpful. Room was very comfortable. Cold AC. I'm always happy if I get more than 2 pillows. I had 4 all to myself. Swimming pool is right outside the rooms. Food at restaurant lobby was good. A lil long walk to main town or Alona, but they have free shuttle to the area and going back. If you're there for nightlife, front desk can call a tuktuk for you.

Nothing - it was perfect.

Perfect location just a short tuk tuk ride away from restaurants, shopping and beach front cafes and bars. Property felt like an oasis with centrally designed pool and dining area layout. Rooms were clean spacious and comfortable beds, modern bathroom layout, good AC and lovely balcony seating area. Food was fresh and delicious. Staff was kind, pleasant and very helpful.
