The one thing that stood out is the hotel staff. They are professional, efficient with their job, helpful and courteous. It also helps a lot when you’re greeted with a genuine friendly smile. Our group enjoyed our dinner at Cafe Sarita, especially the dinardaraan and pinakbet. Muy sabroso!

Would be nice to have breakfast options that caters tourist who don't eat heavy breakfast, bread, porridge, yoghurt and some fruits will be great. Overall everything is excellent and will be happy to book again.

The location is excellent, the staff were very friendly, welcoming and approachable.

Some of the full time staff were always on the phone on social media, they were not supervising the trainees, this did not look good.

There was a dated look about the room and bathroom, which could do with a little renovation. The breakfast was not good.

It was located close to the bus stand , which made it easier to take the bus to our next destination

Super friendly staff, airport shuttle, great breakfast, facilities were excellent - they had a pool and gym, but we didn’t use it. The A/C was very quiet in the room. Great stay!

The fragrance all over the hotel was a little bit too strong for sensitive noses. slightly overwhelming if you’re not used to it.

The rooms aren’t really cleaned properly in the inner corners/under the bed and tables, a lot of dust accumulated. Thin blankets.

Our young boys were complaining that they were always awaken by neighborhood roosters at 4 am. But I guess it is a fun part of the experience of being in the province.

Basic yet very clean hotel and was good enough for our needs. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. I like that there's laundry service at the front desk so I do not have to find the nearest laundromat. It is one of the newer hotels in the city. The hotel used to be a residence converted into a multilevel building. You could still see traces of the old house preserved on some areas which I think adds to its charm. Very convenient and close to center of town. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast is good coz you have more choices, especially their fried boneless bangus. Truth is, when we requested for 2 eggs each they served the same without extra cost. Room and bathroom facilities are complete and clean, with strong hot bath water. Highly recommended for couples and family.....

Parking is not convenient sometimes. Roads are too narrow because it is a residential area. The breakfast lounge/restaurant is small so it is hard to walk around when somebody is already sitting around the tables.

Friendly staff. Close to city proper so it is more convenient for us to go to the places we would like to visit especially our family. Staff and security guards were helpful. Complete amenities such as swimming pool, gym and a little restaurant. Private sitting areas were available if you want to talk to someone in a private setting.

Maybe a night light at the room will be good. If we turn off all the lights it is pitch dark, if we leave the light in the bathroom it is too bright as the bathroom door is glass and light projects thru it.

Clean room and bathroom, clean towels and linens, good breakfast options, awesome and honest hotel staff. One of our friends realized that she left her bag at the hotel and we were already a few hours away from the city. I called the hotel to ask if they found a bag in the lobby and yes they did. They kept it for us until we went back to retrieve it. Such honesty is commendable.
