No fridge in room. Many rooms’ windows face directly onto the wall/ escarpment. Large corporate team building event loudly dominated the pool area one afternoon and evening.

Large rooms with two double beds and reasonable size bathroom with large walk in shower. Large pool with bar and eating area. Staff helpful and friendly particularly the reception, bar and life guards. Quite a few English channels on TV. Second undercover pool located on the 5th floor next door was quieter. Three restaurants to choose from. Five minute walk to main part of town. Beach easily accessible across the road downstairs.

Bathroom was small for me

Hotel is a great location at the Cove. Room was very clean and great size however, the bathroom shower allowed for water all around on the floor as glass was not long enough. All of the staff were great. Had coffee hot cappuccino and it was great and a wonderful design. Breakfast was very nice and the staff very very helpful. I would like to mention one attendant, Pearl, she was attentive to all guests and very helpful in offering waffles that weren't shown on the buffet. a Jet ski and banana boat were available for rental. Security present and very clean outside as well as in the hotel.

Quietness. We were looking for a rest from travel schedule and this little oasis was perfect. Located directly across from the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was great for relaxing around. Good breakfast. Good restaurant. There is some very special who lives the hotel and his name is Frolific. He iis a cat with personality plus that just loves greeting people and in a nice way. He is also very talkative 😊. This hotel is perfect for a quiet getaway.

Some issues with the set up of the breakfast. Desire advertising asian buffet. Was not served an Asian breakfast on some morning and what was offered was not very good. Very few options

Breakfast and accessibility to the information desk for things we need , hotel personnel including all employees need more tra9ining, jacuzzi was not ready , they have to clean it before we can use it....breakfast was served 2 hrs before the requested timer time which they was stated in the form they asked us to fill up as soon as we checked in

Water in the toilet sink and shower is very salty.

1.) Hotel Staff’s attitudes. All staff were very polite, always ready to help, friendly, always smiling and with a very positive attitude all the times we stayed in Santiago Cove Hotel. 2.) Location - beach front, always accessible to go to the beach anytime. Near town centre and just an hour away from Vigan. 3.) Juice drinks by the main entrance is always available especially during this time in March and April. 4.) Swimming pool 5.) Air conditioning in the rooms 6.) Activities by the beach: jetski, paddle boarding, etc. 7.) Foods - are fantastic during breakfast, lunch and dinner.
