Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

PhilippinesTook quite some time to check in since there was also an event. However I'm already done with signing some papers and paid the security deposit before the big crowd was there. I was told that the room was still being cleaned and wait for 10-15 mins. Waited for 25-30mins and the room we were given was different from the one I signed. The check in counter was so crowded that time. On the free golf cart service to and from casino, they should check every now and then if there are people in the waiting area specially at the casino. The golf cart was parked outside the hotel. We waited for some time at the casino but it didn't came so we decided to walk instead. It was night that time so not too hot to walk.
Spacious rooms, water pressure was good and with hot and cold. Many selections during breakfast.

PhilippinesWe arrived at 3:30pm and check-in was supposed to be 2pm. We were told that we needed to wait another hour to prep our room. Such a disappointment. When we asked of they offer at least free coffee or a welcome drink since we needed to wait a while, the staff straightly answered no. We felt it was unfair for us since we paid for full and we should use the room in full or at least get a partial refund or something else as way of apology but nothing.
The 3-bed room is what we liked about this hotel.
