PhilippinesThe pool is basically nice but open to the general public so completely overcrowded and very noisy. Breakfast was mediocre. Both evenings the restaurant was closed. There is no 'Riverview', just a sad little stream.
People were very nice, but that's a given in the Philippines. Ok location close to SM Mall.

PhilippinesKiddie pool still green and slimy, dirty looking . Needs to be drained and scrubbed to remove the slimy floor debris. Big pool is blue, but floor is slimy and water is hazy under . Walls of the facade needs to repainted to a better color hue , to make it look modern and new . Garden is not maintained well, not instagrammable worthy. Should add or upgrade look so that people would take pictures to bring in free advertising due to social media coverage .
Food is good, servers , staff are polite . Rooms are cleans , no insects , very comfortable and aircons are well maintained . Toiletries are good . Wi-Fi and parking are ok .

GermanyEven the cheapest BnB we've stayed in has a water dispenser for guests free of charge. This one charges insane 50 Pesos for 350ml of water. (Staff gave us two bottles for free though when I ordered four bottles.) The included breakfast is a joke - if not a disgrace. It took 4 calls to get things arranged and then it took almost an hour to be delivered: one slice (!) of orange, two slices of toast, a ljttle jam and butter, an instant coffee.
Close to SM Calamba and the city.
