Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdom- Linens and towels don't look and smell clean. (I would not use it if I had a choice, but we travelled light and didn't bring towels with us). - AC was not very quiet, but tolerable. - There was noise going on starting at 8am (not sure where it was coming from,, but other than that it was relatively quiet the whole night. - No internet password communicated to me (I didn't need it the first night). - No kettle and cups for coffee/tea. Not an issue for us since we would go out for meals. -There was a tiny cockroach that my Brit husband saw. -The room didn't smell clean and fresh when we first came in, but it improved a few minutes after we turned on the AC.
Low cost room without compromising safety, peace & quiet, cleanliness and great service. You get the most important (above, + toothbrush and shampoo, conditioner & body wash in one tube). Really helpful staff, and may overnight security. Elevator will be a huge plus for the elderly etc. There is a laundromat (very helpful for us) and store beside the property. Though it is located in a bit of a shabby/ busy area (that makes it cheaper I guess), with just a short trike ride you can be in Araneta Center, or any jeepney lines. The trikes were not an issue - we never heard traffic noise during the night at all.

PhilippinesThere's no concierge, the person who take us to our room actually asked for ₱2,000 because he thought we are going to extend our stay when infact he asked ₱2,000 as security deposit and when I asked why ₱2,000 he said it is what it is... If the extra ₱1,000 is for extension of our stay why it wasn't recorded in their office? The personnel who was assigned in our check out HAVE TO GET the extra ₱1,000 from the guy who let us checked in...
