Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. United StatesThe staff were incredibly rude and rigid. I had requested a room with just one bed (queen or king), it did not matter. When they refused, I asked that they at least put the 2 single beds together, even that was met with a rude response! They insisted I must pay extra. At that point I would have canceled, but for the non refundable nature of the booking!. Other issues: * I asked for an extra key card, not obliged * breakfast offering was very sparse * location is not ideal - road traffic seeped into the rooms * light in the bathroom was out -housekeeping informed they were waiting on replacement parts.
The actual facility, while not the best, was actually ok for a 3-star hotel.The room I eventually ended up in was ok.

AustraliaThe room had a very small window facing an air conditioning unit, which made it a bit noisy. I asked to change rooms and was surprised to learn that all twin rooms were designed this way. It wasn’t a major issue for me, though.

United Arab EmiratesSome maintenance issues like AC with a bucket of water below it to collect water droplets due to moisture. A bit of damp air in the hallway from the carpet.
The location is great. There’s a laundry shop that’s 70m away that opens at 6am. Shopwise (supermarket) is nearby and there are fast food restaurants that are a few minutes away from it. The breakfast is also decent. The staff also made a huge difference in making my stay comfortable. They’ll assist you to book your grab taxi, assist you with an umbrella when it rains, and they’re generally nice and pleasant. You get good quality for its affordable price.

AustraliaTouch pad on the elevator was utterly frustrating. Breakfast choices were poor .. no FRESH milk and the " Fruit juice" sugary water. Toilet seat in my room was not secure..I mentioned it 4 times..no joy . Coffee machine worrked on my last day .. the area around the hotel is appalling no proper footpaths anywhere the TV was too small and terrible picture quality
The bed was fantastic the chef was very good . Cleaning staff were good booked me a good price taxi to the airport the room was a good size

United KingdomHalf of the staff were really friendly, the other half were quite rude and not very welcoming. The coffee from the Cafe/restaurant downstairs was not good - think the staff need a little more training. The wifi was not very good - maybe their were local problems at the time! The elevators smelt really bad - again , maybe we were just unlucky! There were signs advertising the rooftop bar/restaurant, we went up to a closed bar/restaurant apparently because there was rain however, there was no rain when we went up and they didn't re-open the whole time we were there - we found this strange.
The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We really like the location, close to the airport and also, within 25 minute drive of anywhere you would need to go! The view from the roof was exceptional! The gym was okay and the hotel was overall very clean! Breakfast was good! For the price, the breakfast and room were great!
