How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

15 min walk to the main el nido town. The main door knob fell off and then the bathroom door handle was coming away, there was a few other minor problems with the room but we then got moved and the second room was better. Would definitely recommend this stay and would come again
The property was a couple of minute walk to the el nido bus station. The room is spacious and the family who runs it were really nice. The price is great too. The aircon was okay.

I would definitely recommend staying here. You definitely get your value for money. There were a few problems with the bathroom in our room, but the staff were really helpful and so friendly!

The room standard is quite low but i didnt expect anything better for this ultra low price so its a fair deal. The "24h night checkin reception" was me knocking on the closed door at 3am for 10 minutes. I almost lost my hope and was starting to look for something else to sleep (in the middle of night) when suddenly some of the guys woke up and let me in. I know it was late but i reached out to the hotel in advance about this fact and they were aware i will come.
I choose this spot because i need to do a very late checkin (3am) and just spend the rest of the night, I was looking for something as close possible to bus stop, with night reception and cheap as possible as it was suppose to be just couple hours of sleep. It had all those attributes so I cannot complain.

- the staff seemed a bit lost. When I asked about breakfast, the receptionist said she did not know. - the room could use some maintenance, especially in the bathroom
- the staff helped me book a day trip and onward transportation to Sabang - free water, coffee, tea on every floor - wifi worked well for voice calls - the location is quieter because it is not in downtown El Nido but still just 10 minutes walk to the main beach where boats depart from - reasonable price given that El Nido is generally more expensive than the rest of the country.

The water pressure is a real issue at this place, the mattress is extremely thin and the AC is really loud!
You get what you get for the money with this place! It looks exactly like the photos and it’s on the main street (10 min walk into El Nido town) 👍🏼 The AC works and it’s a nice quiet place considering its location!

The rooms are very basic. The air conditioner is so loud, you cannot sleep with it on. The beds aren't very comfortable and the rooms are quite small. No turndown service offered throughout our stay. No real common area for eating food or preparing food (no cutlery etc).
Good location, walking distance of El Nido town and the beach for all the boat tours. Very very nice staff. Water, tea coffee available for free which was nice.

It is an older style property and you get what you pay for. Aircon is older and can be loud but it’s actually really good Aircon considering and kept our room lovely and cool
Great if you are on a budget as this is the Cheapest accommodation in El Nido that is actually half decent. Rooms were clean and if you ask staff they are happy to change towels and bedding etc during stay. Staff were helpful with information. Great that there is free coffee and water.

We booked a room directly coming to them and confirming room number. Next day they said it’s occupied and we should stay in the room without a window. After one hour arguing with them they provided us a room with window, same to booking pictures. But stuff was angry and unfriendly during our stay. Room is very old but ok for 1-2 nights as a cheapest option.
It was the cheapest option (but very old hotel)

Why does the toilet seat not stay up if I put it up? The water pressure is low. Water heater needed fixing by owner on request. Maintenance things like that could be better.

If I would change something would be the pressure of the shower and sink, specially the sink
Staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Hotel is super close to the old town entre and tour meeting points.

Was up 3 flights of stairs, but Abel helped me very well.
Good to have a place to rest after 4 busy days.The room had a minimalist vibe.Couldnt find the right temp on the shower. Free coffee.
