PhilippinesCockroach were roaming in the room and toilet. I booked for 956 per night but was charged for 1071 pesos per night and I was not given my change and was never given my invoice. Toothbrush, tissue paper and toothbrush were being sold at the hotel lobby when it should have been included free of charge. Hotel staff was not welcoming and accommodating to guests.
The location of the hotel is good. But no breakfast.

The staff is not welcoming and accommodating. One of my worst. tissue paper, tooth brush and shampooer being sold instead of providing those stuffs for free.

PhilippinesWe reserved four rooms but only got three, and the rooms differ significantly from the ones shown on booking.com. The stay was uncomfortable due to outdated facilities, cramped bathroom with clogged drainage, lack of hot water, and a tiny mirror. Additionally, their dormitory, resembling an old apartment, has just one bathroom for ten people, further contributing to the discomfort of our stay.

I liked that the location was near our itinerary and also many food and leisure locations were close by. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly. The room was also big enough to accommodate our group.

PhilippinesSince we arrived in a group consist of 32 person. We expect that we will get individual towels, it is mentioned in the description that towels are provided. But when we arrived, the staff told us that they only give 3 towels maximum. Which is, she never told me that, when I called them about clarifications. About the refrigerator, I thought that every big room has a ref, and in the picture there is. But when we arrive, there's none, and I still need to request to have ref in our 2 rooms.

PhilippinesWe do not like the wall cabinet placed in each bed space. Chances are you'd get bumped to it if you were not careful. Just like what happened to my 5yo son. Just thankful the impact was not that strong so he got no bruises. There was no ready towel to use so we asked the staff for it. Good thing she got 2 left. Towels were still wet because they were fully booked the day before? Really? So we have to suffer the consequence? The owner agreed rhat we could pay upon check in jnstead of prepayment a day before. However, we were not informed that we had to pay a different price which was higher and they do not give Senior discount.👎
That a Roman Catholic Church was just accross the Street🥰 So we did not miss the Sunday Mass.
