Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

New ZealandNot the hotel's fault but the roaster and planes noises was a little annoying and the bathroom did not feel very safe as their was a massive crack on the wall and mold building up on the roof. there also was blood stains on my blanket.
Did not know breakfast was included + location was great for a last minute changes of my location. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Great evening.

United KingdomArea was really sketchy to walk around during the day let alone at night. Locals looking you up and down walking down the street and kids coming up asking for money. Room was generally clean but under the bed had clearly never been cleaned. Full of dirt and rubbish.
Room was very big with a seating area and bedroom separate to the main room. Not too far from the airport so handy for catching flights.

AustraliaBooked in apartment for my partner on her behalf. I wanted to pay upfront so she had nothing to worry about, communication was via messaging service which takes long time to get back. They sent me a link via email to organise early payment, I clicked and followed links, it had no pay details, but it created a 2nd booking that I clearly did not want. I was trying to get that resolved as well. I’m not sure that they actually canceled the 2nd booking as it still showed in my Bookings app still. When my partner arrived the room was ok, but there was dry pee still present on the seat of the toilet, so wasn’t cleaned properly. You expect a clean facility, I don’t expect it to be a high class hotel, but since the room suppose to be cleaned, which it was, they forgot to clean the toilet seat.

Saudi Arabiathis morning 8 am , I did not find anyone to hand over the room key to for my travel now the Wi-Fi is very weak and most of the time it does not work, there is constant noise and disturbance from neighbors and airplanes. There is no drinking water available as in other Oyo hotels with similar prices The room cleaning worker moves the furniture forcefully and it collides with the wall, causing disturbance to the residents of other rooms. I have not seen this in other Oyo hotels.

CanadaThe property always charges more taxes and fees than the booking.com states. On booking APP and email, this reservation is only 1035 plus 155tax, which is 1190 in total, but the property charged me 1330!
It’s located not far from NAIA airport, call a taxi, less than 200 PHP.

PhilippinesThe tap in the toilet is not working. Thankfully there's another tap right outside. The doorknob in the toilet is almost coming off. The towel has a distinct smell that it's not properly washed or dried. Otherwise the hotel is clean, sheets smells nice, bed is comfy.
