I travel lightly so not having amenities like hairbrush, cotton buds and others that I think are basic is a bore. However, they offer free shuttle services which helped lots.

Offers free shuttle drops and pickups and the staffs were very accommodating, helpful, and flexible.

Our aircon in the room could have been a little bit colder. Slept well though but i wish it was just a bit colder. everything else is good for the price you pay.

The staff were amazingly very friendly. Easy to talk to. Free shuttle from hotel to airport. I had a big bike case so the shuttle was a big factor. The pool was nice. its not standard but very nice to swim. I will come back with my kids next time.

Ohana Panglao is a very relaxing place to stay. Definitely a good spot if you’re looking for a safe, clean, homey vibe accommodation. The staff are friendly and were very nice, plus points when they resolved our concern about the door knob — they fixed it right away! 👍 The pool?? Me and my pamangkin looooved our night swim! We never thought that you have this temp-controlled pool, the warm water made us feel soo relaxed after a long tiring day of exploring places in Alona. ☺️ They have everything you need — good breakfast, nice pool, a clean room with comfortable beds, and a secured spot, away from the busy area of Alona. Plus, highly recommended for their affordability! We loved our stay! Highly recommended. 👌

There was a flashing alarm light/signal in the room during the entire night. Therefore did not had much sleep but I reckon maintenance will take care of the light.

Location was perfect. Not in the chaotic city centre but in a relaxing and quiet area (10 min drive) Free and quick shuttle service (hotel <—> Alona beach). Pool was also nice.

Beautiful place. Very clean and well maintained resort, the rooms were spacious and the pool was nice too. The staff were so accommodating, lovely and efficient. They offered free shuttle service and only charged a small fee to go to specific places you want to visit, it was such a big help getting around the island.

Loved this hotel! All the plants make it look really beautiful and the dining and lobby area is very nice and relaxing. Even though it's not walking distance to Alona Beach, the free shuttle makes it very easy to get there. We never had to wait long—probably because the hotel is small, so there aren’t too many guests and the staff can organize transfers quickly. They even picked us up from our previous hotel in Alona when we checked in, which was really helpful. The pool is great, with comfortable sun chairs to relax on. We also had the best coffee of our whole trip here! The food was nice too—we had breakfast on our last morning & tried the smoothie bowl (pictured) & it was delicious. The room and bathroom were stylish, clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly & helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Very long waiting time for preparing the breakfast even though you are the only one person waiting for it.

Extremally clean interior with spacious bathroom. Wide and comfortable bed. Nice swimming pool and small terrace available separately for each room. You can leave your there at the small resort's parking lot. Friendly staff.

Our stay at Ohana resort was really good. We spent 3 days in bohol to visit some sites and ohana was the best stay for our needs . You have everything you need in a small place . Beautiful pool and garden, room are basic but really comfy. The bathroom was really spacious and the room was facing the swimming pool with a small terrace. Was lovely waking up there in the morning. The staff was always so attentive and ready to help. The hotel is 5 to 10 min drive to the beach but they have free shuttle which was super convenient :) Note: A big, massive, huge thank you to the receptionist Karen … our ferry was cancelled the night before and she went above and beyond to help us with new tickets and new transport, in order to don’t miss our connecting flight . I was very worried that my whole trip would have been a nightmare but thanks to Karen everything went smooth and end up in the best way possible. She calmed me down and make sure everything was done for us. People like her in the world are gems to be find . She deserve a promotion because her kindness and attention to the customer is unique. Thank you so much to all the staff as well for make our days so special .

The only thing to comment about was one staff member she was not helpful or nice, she was actually very deceiving, we wanted to get a tuk tuk to a restaurant not in alona but a short ride in the other direction, so we asked Karen to help us and she came back with 400 pesos for a 5/10 minute ride away we told her we have been past it she didn’t seem to know what or where it was, even though she’s just told us it will cost 400 pesos, when we questioned her she went very defensive and told us it is ages away and is hard to get to.. we didn’t get our back up because we assumed she knew best and just wanted to enjoy our evening even though we knew where it was and had just paid 500 pesos to do a 30 minute ride from the port so we knew we was getting swindled, we ignored it and just went with it, when our tuk tuk driver arrived Karen talks to him and was being very shady, she was laughing and trying to tell him where it was beofre we got there.. we overheard this and made us even more upset, the driver asked where we was going (so she hadn’t asked him how much she had just made it up and then tried to run outside to tell him before we saw him) she said again to us that maps says it’s 10 minutes but it will take a lot longer.. we know this was a lie because we had drove past it on our way from the sea port.. we told her we have been past it and knows where it is and she went sheepish and tried telling us that google is wrong.. we didn’t care at this point we just wanted to get as far away from her as possible and enjoy our evening. She told us that there will be lots of tuk tuks and trikes to bring us home so we shouldn’t worry about returning.. of course she lied again .. we finished our meal and not one went past us, a local helped us try and get one and if it wasn’t for them we would have been stuck.
