Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PhilippinesThe water heater in the bathroom requires fixing. Water had been running in the shower for 3 minutes and yet the water did not even get warm. It is good though that an electric kettle was available in the room. Perhaps the nightly rate could include a sachet of shampoo, toothpaste, and soap for added convenience.
The place can be easily located as it is literally a few steps away from the Victory Bus Terminal. You can use the covered walkway beside Microtel Suites to get to your room from the bus terminal and vice versa so you don't get wet in case it is raining. It is a few meters away from the Sky Ranch and SM Baguio. A gasoline station, fast food, doughnut shop, convenience store, eateries offering home-cooked meals are likewise within a walking distance. The owner is very approachable and accommodating. He accommodated a request for a guest visitor to stay in the room prior to the departure time of the latter's bus and for a 12:45pm checkout at no extra charge.

PhilippinesThe place is actually ok, but the water from the shower is not that enough although the flow from the sink is quite ok. The parking space is not conducive if you'll bring a wide and long type of car.
The proximity to the main government agencies and leisure areas. The weather is good, the room is ok for a 5-days stay for a work related travel. The neighboring transient houses and establishments were ok not too noisy.

PhilippinesThere's no info desk. That's why, when we arrive, we don't know who to talk to..... (We don't know that there is doorbell 😅) Good thing they respond very quick when you message them....🙂
Location is very good. Walking distance from victory liner terminal. Very Quick response of the staff It's ok to leave your baggage prior your check-in time, starting 7am. We arrived 5:30am, check-in time 2pm. We ask if we can check-in early, luckily there is room available that's why At around 12pm we were able to check-in early (super big thing bcoz we were able to rest and freshen-up). On the last day, 12pm check-out, they allow us to leave our baggage (we said we'll be getting the baggage by 9-10pm) since our sched back to manila will be 11:30pm.

AustraliaKettle was unwashed and had residue, and the bathroom sink is too small to wash it in. A few large bugs got in to the room. There was only one small bin for trash in the bathroom. Outlets were in inconvenient places.
Location was great. BCC, as well as many restaurants, were within walking distance. Beds and pillows were comfy, staff were accomodating and went above and beyond to make sure we we felt at home. Very good value for a four guest room.

PortugalBed sheets had LOTS of big stains and the pillowcases smelled like they were not washed. We asked the owner to change linen and pillowcases, which they promptly did and apologized. But the second sheets were ALSO stained :/ Third ones smelled nice and had no stains. There were hairs on (and under) the mattress. Not a good experience, although the rest of the room and wc were clean. During the night, a group of young guests were very loud and banging doors at 5 am while getting back to their rooms. They took their time. Happened twice, actually. But I guess that's not really the host's fault.
Located right next to Victory Liner bus terminal, which is handy. There's also a nice pizzeria in front.

PhilippinesFalse advertisement. No toiletries, no view as advertised in booking.com. No breakfast included (even if it was advertised in booking.com that it comes with free breakfast). I found long blond hairs on the bedsheets and pillow cases; which means they do not change them before new guests check in (happened despite the fact that I checked in at 8:45pm - 6hrs past the earliest check in).
Advertisement (which is scammy).
