Not one thing is wrong here.

Everything was brilliant. A real hidden gem . It's a bit of a sanctuary in the midst of a big, noisy, and sometimes frantic city. When you pass through the secured entrance gate, you are transformed into a wonderfully maintained resort like setting with great staff and facilities available for use, such as laundry, big common kitchen, and filtered water. Best of all is the large rooms with big beds and complete kitchenette with table and chairs, and hot water showers.

what a find. away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet all the eateries and convenience stores around the corner. loved the garden as it felt like being at home . The deluxe balcony room - cannot fault its size , elegance and decor. Wifi excellent high speed for streaming and enjoying The bed was so comfortable and I had the best sleep so far on my month vacation . The staff are kind , courteous and always at hand. I was lucky enough to meet Carrie , the owner of. A kind, gracious and helpful lady. Thank you for the stay.

We stayed for 1 night in Manila on our way back home, the rooms were clean, the staff were great, the apartments are in a building that has a lot of charm, a great little garden, the rooms are very spacious and clean.

Very subjective but the beds were "springy". I like beds that don't sink as much. Hopefully, next time there are study/reading lights available as the lights were too warm and dim for reading.

I initially looked for a place that is near to my testing center (SJC) and found this. I was skeptical because it doesn't seem like a hotel and I am so happy it wasn't. The security is tight, the place feels very homey than a standard hotel, there are cooking facilities, a garden, and a quiet place. I stayed here for 3 days of the exam, and it helped a lot that the place is nice so that I could relax. I PASSED and I will always consider staying at this place as one of my reasons why.

Its homey feel upon arrival with a modern but cozy twist on the guest rooms made us feel right at home. The staff were attentive and courteous from check-in up to check-out, delivering great service all throughout. The rooms are spacious and the WiFi service is excellent — it could work excellently as a temporary place to stay for work and leisure. The common areas are well-maintained for a 60s-era home and we loved the serene ambiance it provided us in the middle of this bustling slice of Quezon City. We had a great time resting and enjoying the peace provided by this property.

This is an oasis of quiet and nature (surrounded by the chaos filth and noise of Makati). An abundance of green... trees plants flowers... offered a quiet and cooler environment. The staff are stellar. Super accommodating and kind.

What a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city. Such a beautiful room and garden. The room is enormous, with an option of 2 single beds or one double. It has a kitchenette with full fridge, microwave and kettle. With green tea, coffee and water available. Bathroom is great and the shower is wonderful. I took the opportunity to sit in the garden with a cup of tea and watch the birds play. The owners and staff are so very friendly and helpful. I would also like to thank Carrie for the thoughtful gift she gave me as a momento of our stay in Manila. Loved this stay.

Prolly one of the best places I had the pleasure to stay in and arguably the best accommodation in Manila. The accommodation is right in the middle of a bustling city but when entering, the compound feels like a different world altogether. With a beautiful garden, astoundingly clean facilities and a richly, but not obtrusively, decorated room and exterior halls, it was nothing short of luxury. The overall design was reminiscent of traditional filipiniana but elevated and given a modern touch, and one could easily imagine this place to have been in an old novel somewhere. I was also amazed at how different designs in architecture could so easily flow into and out of each other. It wasn't all aesthetic as well in that utilitywise the room was very large and comfortably furnished, and it's also pretty helpful that the area has almost everything you needed from restaurants to hospitals and shopping malls.

I wish they would start the breakfast service again

Though they stopped breakfast service, the cleanliness and staff support made staying of here well worth it. Despite being full most of the time. The place was quiet. It was definitely our home away from home.
