Definitely not a luxury stay. Rooms are quite bare bones. AC unit is loud and mine blew directly toward the bed/in my face which I don’t prefer. Construction outside beginning early morning.

Good, affordable prices for being close to Ayala and SM malls. Gets the job done for a quick stopover in Cebu City before onward travel. Staff is nice and there is a security guard, which is nice.

When you have guests I would expect the hotel staff to check alls well in the room before the person arrives. Shower didn't work,infact no hot water at all. Only after complaining and the maintenance lad fiddling with the boiler any dribble of hot water emerged. No tv reception which didn't matter as the remote controls had no batteries. The sliding shower door was completely off it's rail and just lent against the other glass door. The ac makes more noise than the traffic outside. No staff seemed bothered about the complaints.

Good central location, Ayala mall close by. Size of the single room was ok. The security guard was very nice and helpful.

Weird sound of the AC

The employees were very accommodating and nice. Left my phone charger in my room after I checked out, one of the lady employee went after me and handed over my phone charger. Very nice and honest lady.

AC cover loosen, bathroom door not closing, and the guard when I arrived, i didn't even got out from taxi and he shouted about reservation. Strange, normally, guest was welcomed and only at the reception asked about reservation.

I didn't like the aircon because It's still very hot. I was sweating the whole night sleeping even I am naked. Lol.. I think it really need cleaning. And of course, no free toiletries. It's so annoying.. I've been traveling a lot and it's my first time I don't received a free toiletries to use. 😢 So i just bought outside...

I got two rooms for my stay, the 1st one was so disappointing, the door is not sealed, you can be seen from outside if you sneak in the sides of the door frame, toilet cover is detached, paints in the walls are cracked, linens has strong smell, there is no remote for the AC, I borrowed from the reception but its not responding, I extended one more night and was transferred to another room next to it, that one was a little bit comfortable and much better than the previous one which I stayed for three nights but still need some maintenance.

Everything. The number given was not working... and if you press thw contact the peiperty, they dont recwive thw email, the reason for them not replying to me...

Communication was awful... They de ied my request for the check in time but never considered our requeat to reschedule our stay on the following day.. inconsiderate. I paid the night but was denied the chwxk in time

We were charged P1,000 for allegedly smoking inside the room, even though we did not smoke at all. We felt hurt and unfairly accused. The way we were treated felt very poor and unjust.

The room was so small. My check in time is 2pm I came around almost 3pm but the room is not yet ready. I need to rest immediately because I have an event to attend but I need to wait so that the room will be clean. No biddet on the bathroom and no bucket. Only two things I didn't like and could be better, AC is pretty loud even in lower power, and pressure in the shower is very bad. Rest is fine.

Location is awesome, like 5-10 min to Ayala Mall, 15 min to IT Park. Staff is fine, room overall also is ok, for this price its awesome. If I will even go to Cebu again I will definitely take this hotel again.
