The drainage in the shower room,,,water stocked for a while on the floor while having a shower.

Staffs always asked if we need something, they always smile and they are very approachable.

The staff were really friendly and the food was great. We arrived really late due to heavy traffic on the way but it wasn't a problem checking in. Parking was also very secure.

Very nice, clean and quiet place in the centre of town a few minutes walk from Victory Liner Busterminal. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Nice and cheap breakfast served in the lovely garden. Very good value for money.

Everything, the room was clean and tidy, spacious. Staff, most especially the guards they are very considerate. Thanks. For sure book again w/ family when we go alaminos ,will recommend to other friends as well.

The airco was old and noisy. They send us unclear directions how to walk, so we were wandering around until we called the place. If we would have followed Google maps then there was no problem. If you want the room cleaned you have to ask explicitly. .

The location was very good. The staff friendly and the breakfast ok. They helped us to get a tour to the 100 islands.

The room and bathroom are clean. The bedsheet is bad because it easily remove frm the "kutson". The blanket is manipis considering the room has aircon.

The staff seemed to make rules as they wanted. I had some family members visiting us there, we'll behaved children, and the staff told us no visitors after 9pm. Another day they told us 6pm. Also, I expected breakfast to be included. It was very reasonably priced but you had to order it a day in advance. It was a very good breakfast.

This place should change their facility's name without breakfast or better offer the breakfast with the value of breakfast included in the total hotel rate _so as not to fool / deceive the customer's expectations

Trike the room and the staff but so shocked the breakfast was not included with the money spent unlike in all the bed and breakfast I used before anywhere in the world

The room was super clean and the place is in the center of Alaminos. It’s kind of tucked away and has a beautiful garden on its property.

The power went out a couple of times, but was on again minutes after. Minor inconvenience.

The guys at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Beautiful garden with tables so you can eat outside. Will definitely come again, maybe try a bigger room next time.

Wifi was on and off. Mostly off. Room was a bit tight.

We liked the central - but also quiet - location in the middle of town. We loved that we were staying in a heritage home with wooden floors, stairs and doors. Easy tricycle taxi connection to Hundred Islands National Park. Warm water shower. Nice staff. Ample electrical wall plugs. Great value!
