Philippinesi dont like the smell on the hallway maybe because of some renovations ongoing ,only try to make the whole hotel smell good always. One more thing I dont like was the food they served because they are mixing the pork to the chicken, try to serve it separately because not all people eating pork try to consider the religious or health aspect of the guest.(but thank you for the kitchen crew, they are nice staff coz they asked me and they cooked some other food which I want )

PhilippinesCheck-in/Check-out Process: We requested an early check-in and understand that the rooms were fully booked, necessitating a wait until the standard check-in time at 2 PM as the rooms needed cleaning. Disappointingly, the cleaning took longer than expected. The last room we booked managed to check in almost at 3 PM. The staff apologized and explained that there was a shortage of cleaning staff. No alternatives were offered. Amenities: No amenities, just plain rooms and hallways.
Room Quality: The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable; however, the air conditioning was not very effective. Also, the blanket was as thin as a standard bedsheet. Food and Dining: There is a cafe on the ground floor where breakfast is served. The food is okay. Location: Hotel Lucca is within the city and very accessible to main roads. Value for Money: The overall experience is worth the price paid. Staff and Service: The hotel staff and even the security guards were very friendly.
