some of the crockery was cracked and some fixtures in the bathroom rusty.The public area down stairs toilet was not clean or maintained. Equipment in gym needs maintenance.

Roland was exceptionally helpful. Prompt to answer and was as accommodating as possible for an early check-in. He gave tips on what to see and where to eat and how to get around. We got a room with a spectacular view and comfy lounges with good AC. Well stocked kitchen and big screen TV streaming. Very comfy beds. Helpful reception. 24hour fitness centre.

It was good but 2 beds were actually sofa and too small. The room wasn’t really clean cause we found a dead cockroach.

IT was a short visit. They are friendly, they offer you a free scooter. The room is very spacious but maybe they can clean the room a little bit much better. It was a bit dusty a little bit dirty . But if you have a problem about the room they fixed iT immedietely .

Roland is excellent!! Introducing all the restaurants, shops and supermarkets, spectacles and views all the way during free pickup, Not to mention all the facilities and amenities, Along with all the choices of trips we can have, we actually went island hopping for a day and a whale shark snorkeling for another, Really amazing and remarkable! Most of all, Roland helped almost everything ,I mean everything as much as possible, during your stay in Cebu.That's not what you can have as even you stay in a 5 star hotel.So It's like making a new friend in Cebu not just a trip only!

The pool was in poor condition. Absence of cafeteria/restaurant was not ideal. The route to the city or any beach was around half hour - more than I’d expect judging from booking.com guidance.

The room was very well kept, the host was extra welcoming and helpful, the view was spectacular!

Unlke in the photo, there is no sea view from the pool. It doesn't matter though as the pool is amazing.

All the rooms have an awesome seaview. It was nice to have a living room to relax in as a family and the kitchen is very well equipped.

AC could have been a tad better

Owner picked us up at the airport and showed us the condo and tours that we could do. Was always available for questions. Condo was spacious. Great view of the water.

Personal free pick-up at Cebu-Mactan Airport by one of the owners, introduction and excellent tips. Large studio, great pool. You get a lot for your money.

There were small cockroaches in the bathroom from time to time. Also, the curtains in the master bedroom didn’t cover the windows completely, which made it hard to sleep in in the morning.

The pool and the view were very nice. The host, Roland was very helpful and attended to all our needs. The recently opened café in the lobby was a nice surprise.

The location is isolated ,poor main road access, no beach access, no restaurant

The unit is good just enough space for the 3 of us. All the stuff needed in the kitchen are easy to locate. The view from the window was amazing!both day & night very relaxing

The property felt a little isolated at the moment. We like to walk everywhere but there wasn’t a lot within walking distance. Grabs and taxis are cheap enough to get into town, though.

The host of this property was excellent. He picked us up from the airport, gave us a thorough briefing and organised a tour for us. The property was very comfortable for our group of four, with beautiful views.
