We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesThe checkout time is 10am which is very unusual and unlikely which simply doesn’t condone to the normal 12nn checkout time. Over stay per hour is 100 pesos. 10am checkout time is little bit harsh though. Hope the management would adjust.

PhilippinesLocation is quite far from the center, suited for those who have their own car and not advisable to commute late night.
Owner and caretaker is very attentive and accommodating. You can bring your pet, room assignment is on the ground floor. Room is spacious enough, 2 loft type beds and a sofabed on the sala with NetFlix you can enjoy with the group. You can cook outside with ref assign per unit, aside from complete toiletries and cooking needs inside. Definitely wanted to stay again!

the place is clean, quiet and a bit spacious for up to 4 persons. it has Netflix, good internet connection and airconditioned room. it has its basic necessities though you need to travel distance if you wish to explore Tagaytay but if you have your own vehicle it's not a problem. overall, it was an excellent stay.
