How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Lovely, spacious room, delicious breakfast and extremely helpful staff. Even flagged down a taxi for us when there was a sudden downpour and it was looking like we'd miss our flight.

The only thing I did not like was that there was not enough parking space. Good thing there is a nearby parking area, but I need to pay.
I like the most is that they are pet friendly, staff are nice and helpful, good food as well.

The executive suites had tubs that were very high so it was difficult for my elderly mother to get in and out of on her own.
The staff, breakfast and costs for stay were great. It was also by the Robinson 's mall and a laundry mat was next door.

I didn't like the fact that they had bathtubs in the executive suites which were difficult for my elderly mom to get in and out of. We actually had to change our rooms to accommodate my mom.
I liked the affordability and friendly staff. The rooms were nice and we'll kept.

One thing that I noticed, there is no complementary water at the reception lobby, you need to go to your designated room to get your thirst filled up from your long travel.
I like the room it's large. Cleanliness is good. Breakfast is common but it's acceptable and enjoying. Receptionist and other crew are very good. They assisted us for grab / taxi booking. The guard is very attentive and guest approachable.

Welcoming staff, all speaking English and very helpful. The rooms are quite nice and I experienced no problem with street noises while being on the third floor. The breakfast has good choices and the staff even helps you. It's a minor detail but I appreciated having Netflix in the room, which helped for passing time. There's a Lawson real close and a 7/11 on both sides as well. There's also a big mall full of restaurants nearby.

Great location, very friendly staff, big room and clean! The only downside is that the placement of the bathtub is not well-designed — you have to be careful when getting in and out, as it’s easy to slip and fall.

doesn't have good shower wall panel therefore water runs down outside the bathtub then to the bathroom floor . Not in a good surrounding area.

Polite and attentive staff. Well equipped, clean, and comfortable room with all the necessary amenities. There was a water cooler at the end of the hall providing free, cold water, which is a smart idea, eliminating unnecessary plastic bottle waste. Lawson and 7/11 convenience stores within walking distance. Not disturbed by street noise overnight.
