I wouldn't suggest the place if I were traveling with an elderly as going to and from the place is a bit steep. Giving a bit of a hike, much like having a leg day in a gym. However, if you're young at heart then this location would be up your corner.

It is quiet, cozy and relaxing enough. Hot water is always available. The staff there are nice with bright smiles. Having to wake up with peaceful mornings is a plus for me.

The cover wasn't thick enough for the cold, not like I was freezing, but I would have liked that it were thicker and bigger to feel cozy.

I liked the room having a small living room and a table to eat on. I was also provided with a kettle to make hot drinks.

I've learned it is expensive than other transient house, far from city. CR had back flow when other room are using there CR. Not fit terrace door lock. There are croaches and ants.

Suggestion: to have routine room and cr cleaning.

There are not any restaurants or coviencnc stores close by there is a 7-11 however its 550 meters of climbing 2 huge hills after that you can see it and remember you have to come back that way also keep in mind its ideal for just 1 back pack if you have more then that be prepared to go 2 to 3 flights of stairs.

It's a very clean apartment has all the appliances you might need to cook your own meals it's very refreshing to go on to the roof top and see the mountains and breathe the fresh air

Bad location, guests have to climb steep hills/ mountain to reach to the hiway and get a ride. Bad for a 73 yr old retired senior like me. You must tell in your ad about your location. This is my first and last booking with de hagan. Then they shouldn't have constructions/repairs with lots of banging noise then book guests to stay there. That's a no-no in any hospitality service like a transient hometel.

View deck is one of the perfect part of the facility a side for it’s price, I also would like to commend their staff for accommodating us all throughout our stay. It will be nice if they can add some beach, fiery lights on their view deck.

There was a time that there was no water in the CR, however they were able to fix it. The location was a bit far from the city proper, but it was okay. Jeepneys and taxis are available. And be prepared for the steep road.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. They were also very entertaining about our requests e.g. we requested to leave our bags before check in so we could roam around the city. The location was far but it is an advantage if you're looking for a quiet night.

No warning that it had to be a cash transaction. Local Gcash was accepted, but as a foreigner, that's not a service I qualify for. I ended up doing an amex cash advance through a DBO ATM @ SM mall.

As a foreigner this was the perfect location for some local flair. I reserved the penthouse which gave me the entire floor and amazing unobstructed views & sunrises. The location is 15 mins from Bagiou Plaza. Lots of Jeepney or Taxi to get you there and back. And the service was extremely responsive.

Sobrang bait po ni ate and maganda ung view sa room na pinag stayhan nmn. If you want peaceful and tahimik na transient, this is recommend. Need mag jeep or taxi 5 to 10mins ride if going to main tourist attractions. A bit challenging lng pag rush hour, holiday and weekends makasakay. Thank you po.

The pictures are misleading. The ones posted here are not worth 1,500 per night, as per stated here in the site.. The room is really worth 3,400 for 2 nights. When we got there, we were surprised when they told us that the room that we have booked was a very small room with a small couch. We were just lucky that another room was not occupied or else we really have to leave and look for another transient.

The staff are very friendly and accomodating. They've provided us with everything that we need.

The neighborhood was a bit noisy at night.

The place is not difficult to find. It is literally a stone's throw from the highway. There are cafes and sari-sari stores nearby. The hosts are very kind, I have nothing negative to say. The unit we rented was very clean and homey. It was spacious and the view from the balcony was very relaxing.
