Food is bad. ordered Lechon Macau, the skin was inedible (too tough), had to request it to be recooked to make it crispy. Danggit served for breakfast is the same "tough" not enough heat to make it crispy, to think this fish is served everyday.

The food needs improvement, as some of the dishes taste bland. We had to ask for refill of the conditioner in the room on our first night, and as it was raining, we noticed rainwater leaking from one of the windows. The beach was not as inviting compared to other beach resorts we’ve been to.

It offered a place to unwind. The ambience, with all the surrounding trees, was very relaxing. The service was exceptional, staff members were prompt and polite.

We loved our beachfront pool villa. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. We also had a room in the main building and it was nice and comfy as well. We ate at the restaurant and the food was decent as well as the drinks. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

This is not unique to Kandayan, but some free facilities were not maintained well, or sometimes weren't functional. Restaurant nice, but a little expensive.

So the room we checked in was Adelfa. It was a tiny house with 3 bedrooms. There were some minor damages to the cabinet and the table beside the main entrance door probably due to termites or old furniture. The refrigerator had no flat shelf which was very confusing. We couldn't store anything properly inside. The most thing i didn't like was the dining table because the table top made of glass slides which was very dangerous. We kept on holding the table top still when we were eating there. Very concerning and very prone to accidents. The pool at night was dark but not too dark could very almost not see properly and could not take night photos that well. Pool lighting was unluckily under going maintenance during that time which we were not informed. They told me that they have been like that for months now but is already on the way for new lights from management. There was a small fly that flew out of my ordered sandwiches when it came so kind of concerning but it was still okay food. Table infront of the outdoor bar at the left side was sinking down. We could not place our food properly there. Required to downpayment 10k php but refundable after checkout for pet. Pool size felt lacking as there was a bigger space. Pool felt kind of slimy at night and you could see the amount of dirt through the lights.

Firstly. The staff are very kind and accommodating. Answering our questions politely, accurately, and fast. Furthermore, the employees are very social, all of them greet me whenever i pass by, they make sure guests are comfortable and are having a great time, which helps my stay at the resort more helpful and memorable. The facilities that I have experienced are the game room, horse riding, atv, mini-zoo, garden. Game room was kind of small but just right. One pingpong table, billiard hockey table 2 arcade machines, basketball arcade machine and foosball. 2 sides of the rooms were mirror walls which was beautiful. Atv tracks were very fun to experience as there were obstacles. Unfortunately we couldn't ride on the beach shore because it was high tide during that time. The staff on the horse riding was very friendly and always tried to make the experience not awkward which was very good. Their mini zoom was a sight to see as well as their cultivated garden as i could see they were tended very well from my observation. The staff there were very professional. Their kayak was free but couldn't experience as time was running out and it was too hot. The room we checked in called Adelfa was beautiful, very clean, and pleasing fragrance. The bathroom has own shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and moisturizer dispenser and everything in the bathroom was working well. Food was very delicious breakfast buffet. Pet friendly resort! Overall every view within the resort was very beautiful and a sight to see especially the rooms.

The Wi-Fi, while fine, could have been faster. That said, in the room it was good and at the dining area it was excellent. The door to the garden needs a little fastening, but this did not bother us.

We would highly recommend anyone coming to El Nido to book at Domes and Dreams. The attention to guests and the willingness to help, advise and guide is incredible. The hosts and their staff try their utmost to make your stay amazing, and they succeed! Their availability is very, very good and since they are Philippino and speak fluent English, they can help with anything you want to do all over Philippines. TIP: Ask them where to watch the sunsets!

Breakfast could have been better.had to call for room cleaning two times. Finally came 6 hours after my first call For the price paid all meals should have been included. Staff while friendly, could have been more attentive to the guests. For example, bar staff could have approached guests sitting by the pool if they wished to order something. The bar and resturant was right beside the pool. I HAD to go into the bar and ask for drinks and a snack, others had to as well. Management is responsible for ensuring this. Management is not doing this. Definitely not a 4.5 star resort. More interested in charging additional fees for resort amenities, which some of them should have been included in the price paid. There is no white sand or swimable Beach. So much potential. So much not there!

Only had one restaurant operational so food choices tend to be limited. Their buffet bfast menu also did not change much. It would be nice if they can change up the menu every other day at least.

I like that the resort is not crowded, very clean, has a variety of facilities, amenities, and activities to offer. I also like that all of their staff are helpful, friendly, and presentable.

Beach was not so good for swimming. Breakfast buffet was available only one time, otherwise had to pick from a list, and those options were ok, but not as good as you could expect from 5-star hotel. Food in the restaurant was average.

The villa was amazing, so nice bed and bathroom. Nice pool and a quite much activities. Very nice staff.

Booking.com page mentions free airport shuttle. For avoidance of doubt, the hotel is 3-4 hours away from the airport. When I contacted the hotel about airport shuttle, they mentioned that they do not do airport shuttle. You can only do private airport transfer, dor which you end up paying PHP5,000 (one-way), which is quite a sum when you compare it to how much you pay for the room. Beach was underwhelming - muddy-ish.

We lived in a building, where fruit is landing in huge amounts in front of the walk to the only entrance - and we had to ask to get it removed. Apparently it is custom to have really, really load music and singing during dinner in the restaurants, so it is more a criticism of the culture than the actual hotel. The concept of playing music so load, that it is impossible to have a normal conversation with the people sitting right in front of you or right next to you i just completely ridicilous.

Weliked the location including the area. All the people were very nice. The rooms are really, really nice.

Food at restaurant was very good. Except the cheesecake, not real more like jello which is tasteless, price was too high for imitation cheesecake as well.

Pool Villa was excellent. Room very nice! Beach very close, lots to do. Jetski was awesome. Restaurant was Excellent, good menu variety, kept busy for 2 days! Highly recommended
