The double beds are very small, impossible to stay with two European persons in one bed. It should not be called king size bed, very confusing. And about the breakfast it should be clearly indicated that it is only incl. For kids under 6. We booked a room with two kids 9 and 12 and it mentions free breakfast. Only after booking and paying it mentions in small letters we have to pay for our kids breakfast. This is very misleading.

Check in was chaotic,very large crowd in the lobby.Booked an additional room and asked for adjacent room and was told there will be a 45 minutes wait.Waited for more than an hour and has to follow it up in the counter a few times.

The room we had was outdated. The hot water didn't work. The water areas are not particularly clean, twice I could feel some slimy stuff in the fake river. The internet is irratic- you have to log in every time you move to a different area and the coverage is not extensive.

There was a 30% discount promo for Eastwest card holders for the restaurants which all the restaurants we went and paid using the said credit card failed to inform us except Maru Korean Restaurant. But Kyla the manager on duty in the business center assured me they will process charge back to my credit card

If you have kids, this will be the perfect resort for you. Great water park. Don’t expect any luxury though. Breakfast was great. Super friendly staff.

Could do better with overall maintenance. Rooms had breaking water hoses in showers, WIFI tended to be spotty inside facility and sometimes even in my room. The pools could use more maintenance especially in maintaining the paint. Also had only one of three jet skis available, due to maintenance, for the while week

It was quite pricey for the accommodation and food. Not really close to any malls so the only choice for food is within the resort. The rooms were outdated and had a really musty smell.

We had hoped to capture drone footage for a bird's-eye view, but unfortunately, it wasn't allowed even in the early morning. On our last night, there were two disturbances with someone ringing the doorbell at 9 PM and again at 1 AM, though no one was there when I answered. It was quite disruptive considering I needed to prepare for a 15-hour flight.

Everything was lovely and felt very luxurious. The staff were respectful and professional, and the spa is definitely a must-try. The food at Abalone was excellent—clean, flavorful, and offered a nice variety of Korean and Japanese cuisine. While there were fewer American options, we still thoroughly enjoyed every meal. The pool was well-maintained and spotless. The highlight for my two kids was Pororo Park—they spent two full days there and absolutely loved it. Next time we book, we’re definitely trying the Pororo Suite!

The beds could have been a little more comfortable. I found them to be quite thin and hard. We had some issues with some of the lights not working, but it didn't really bother us.

Overall it was a great space for our family holiday. Having a separate bedroom from the living space was ideal, especially with an early bedtime for our little one. The resort was great, excellent pools, lots of water activities and really easy to get around the resort.

I love the ambiance of the place, and how it has entertainments every night. The beach is clean, although very rocky but still it has that beach access. The place is secured, but you could still be able to use public transportation when the need arises. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I am excited to go back with my family.
