We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Philippinesshower head did not work, had first shower we had to use the bottom faucet in the shower by bending over to our waist to get clean. Main power in room shut off in the middle of the night for the room. Got very warm in there, refrigerator did not work due to another circuit breaker. The next morning we called the from desk and reported problems. Staff was there quickly to start working on the problems which were resolved a couple hours later. Staff was courteous and appologetic while fixing.

I got a large queen room. It was great and spacious. I stayed in a small twin room the first night. It was good, but a bit cramped for me. You are right on the beach in the middle of everything. All food and drinks were great. The staff was so kind. I felt so thankful for them. I’d recommend this place to anyone

United KingdomThe bar on the beach often unmanned and have to wait a long time to be served. The food at the buffet for dinner was very underwhelming (but breakfast was ok.
Most of the staff are really lovely, location is perfect, rooms are very comfortable, pools are great.

India1) Stray dog in the lobby. 2) Inattentive waiters at the restaurant. 3) Red Ants & mosquitoes in room 4) Broken toilet flush. They have bidet and no jet spray.
The location is the biggest plus for this property.

NetherlandsOur room’s airco is not that working, still hot inside the room. But on our last 2 days they move us in other room 3 days after we complain to the reception. Action was not that quick, if we did not ask for transfer to other room, there will be ni solution.
Staff are excellent. Very outstanding service and polite.
