Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

we really love the location its accessible to all, transportation, malls, foods etc. amazing view from our room, staff are friendly and attended, plus we can cook our food inside.

United KingdomThe building is a tall tower, the rooms were tired and very old. Fair few cockroaches in the bathroom which is common for Manila. If you cross reception to the other hotel and pay a little more you can get a newly refurbished room which is further up the tower
Cheap in a good central location with amenities close by. Air con worked and was fine staff helpful and friendly. Great for a 1 2 night restbite. Good views

If I sat in the direct flow (in the kitchen) it was ok but the bedroom just baked all night even after it being on for~12 hours. Had 2 nights with very little sleep because of that. could have in house restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cleaning of room could be done in the morning not at 3 pm in the afternoon. People and staff were very friendly and helpful. When the TV broke down they fixed it straight away for us.

We stayed here last year. The location is very good. The staff are very accommodating to meet guest needs. The room was fine. We like the kitchenettes so we can cook and save some money. The Wifi worked well, and was reliable.
