PhilippinesThe tv or cable network was not functioning,but they put in on the inclusion. Quite misleading. The.A/C was a bit noisy. And worst the internet connection inside the room is so weak.
Accessibilty of the hotel to the venue of the event I attended last night. Staffs are so accomodating and always wearing big smiles. Foods served during breakfast were pretty good. The dining hall was fine. Clean and conducive for meal time. All in all I like the place and worth recommending. The price is a bit high. Anyway, this is my second time and looking forward for more stay.

PhilippinesThe hotel needs to repair and refurbish some of its facilities. The first room we were given had a defective keycard slot, which caused the aircon to turn off by itself every few minutes. We were immediately given another room, however this one had a defective keycard reader; to get back in after breakfast, we had to ask the staff to get us a physical key. While we were informed of this beforehand when transferred, and were ok with it, it does show the hotel needs more timely maintenance.
For the price, this was a surprisingly good hotel. The style and decor are very tasteful and modern, specially the dining rooms (the bedrooms are more basic). The food was great (try their Laing!), and got a simple but very substantial buffet breakfast. Staff were very pleasant to deal with.
