I booked 2 rooms and i did not expect it will be in a different floor, my mistake though. And another thing is that i thought rooms have air conditioning. Fortunately, climate was comfortable during our stay.

The furniture is very old and the floor mats are dirty and the breakfast needs to be more varied, especially since we are foreigners. We also need help from the hotel to find a taxi and they raised the price on us when we wanted to extend our stay.

Available room that time located at the ground floor accessible thru stairs but need to go 1st in the ballroom to reach the stairs. During that time there is a wedding reception happening and we need to cross to the guests for us to go to our room

Staff is not well educated, especially in the restaurant area, however overall my experience was ok. One thing I can point out is that I parked my car in the underground parking space where the guard was stationed. I probably happened to put the interior lights on whole night which caused my car battery gone. The security staff could have noticed the lights on and inform me, then It could be avoided… anyway it was my fault, though if it is 5 star hotel, staff will definitely inform the customer..

Hotel itself is bit old and not renovated regularly, but room is neat and clean.

We had a pleasant stay. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean, and the staff were warm and welcoming. True Filipino hospitality was very much felt throughout our visit — kudos to the team! We booked both an Executive Suite and a Deluxe Room. While the suite was spacious, the pull-out bed was quite uncomfortable. It wasn’t a true pull-out; rather, it was a couch with a single bed placed beside it, which made for an uneven and awkward sleeping setup. We also specifically requested a queen-sized bed for the Deluxe Room (which was confirmed in advance), along with a setup for a newlywed couple. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room with two single beds and no special setup at all. There’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to room arrangements and honoring special requests, but the hospitality of staff made the experience worthwhile.

The staff at this hotel is one of the greatest advantages of this hotel. They are all very helpful and attentive. They are ready to assist their guests. Breakfast at the hotel had a good selection and tastes great. The location is great (the city is accessible but a bit far from the hustle and traffic).

Food and drinks are not served or replenished on time at the breakfast buffet. Guest oftentimes left waiting for coffee, drinks and food.
