The dinner/breakfast buffet is open to the lobby and the food smells get quite strong when you come into the building, however this doesn't reach the rooms at all, so it's really just a momentary discomfort.

Big and very nicely decorated rooms, huge and super comfortable beds, unfortunately we stayed only one night before our flight from Cebu, but I would've enjoyed staying longer. Spacious bathroom with good water pressure. There's a small living room space with a two seater couch and two coffee tables, huge smart TV with all the streaming apps and great WiFi. Great value for money. The area seems residential, so it's quiet and there are coffee shops and restaurants nearby however we didn't go exploring much as we arrived late and it was raining hard. Staff is kind and helpful, they gave us 1hr complimentary late check out and you can leave later for an additional (very reasonable) cost. The included breakfast buffet was okay, plenty options, fresh eggs done your way.

Breakfast was yummy and varied and luxurious, but they charged us a lot more because we didn’t pay the night before. Don’t make our mistake.

All basic needs met well in huge rooms. I liked the hard beds. Friendly staff. I had initial concerns about location but i found the neighborhood charming. Some local culture and a cute cafe or two geared towards tourists. You could walk or take a grab to Ayala Center.

The breakfast buffet is superb! Not just that, the staff are also approachable. Anything you can ask of in a hotel is here. I love the idea of the location being away from all the noise of the city streets. I had an early morning dip at the pool and it's relaxing as I wander through the city view.

a bit long way to the building from the main streets, malls etc. the first room they suggested was dark, small and had a tobacco smell or so((( but room was changed by request immediately

You can hear the water running loudly when using the shower or toilet on the floor above. It's like a bucket of water being poured on your ceiling. And a very uncomfortable toilet seat

The design is nice! It's really like in the pictures. Everything is clean and new. Breakfast is very good. I'm really satisfied with the accommodation.

As everywhere in the Philippines, stray dogs roaming around when walking to 7-11.

Close by...by Taxi..to Ayala Mall..15 minutes.. 10 min walk to a 7-11. Front desk personnel were very helpful. Onsite restaurant.

It looked bigger on pictures but it was okay.

It was clean, the bed was big and there was a table and chair where i was able to comfortably work. The toilet was clean. Shower gel and shampoo was available as well as toothbrush. They also have slippers. I love it and i will definitely stay there again!

The area isn't the best part of town, perhaps research Mabolo when factoring area in your stay, it's a short taxi to Ayala or IT Park.

The hotel is excellent, very friendly staff. I really appreciate a clean room and bed and this was all excellent. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were like new fresh white linen, all excellent. I really appreciated the laundry service that ranged from 80 to 110 pesos based on weight. Great rooftop pool and I made use of the gym many times.

Very nice and comfortable, new building, good value. Liked the pool at the top, clean, water, towels provided, food was delicious. We had the lemon porky and it was yum. Nice people. Can pay 150 per hr to extend your stay which is reasonable
