We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

For a cheaper rate and good location., the property is perfect for weekend or overnight stay in Baguio. Plus the free WIFI connection is strong! There were also security guards at the front gate so at least we felt safe.

The unit is 4th floor and there is no elevator to service guests. Although, the staff is friendly and accommodating. Since the room is fronting the road, it is quite noisy.

PhilippinesMy booking in this place is very unsatisfied, it a transient room not a hotel, the staff is very unfriendly when we contact them to guide us in their place the do not help us when we arrived in their place nobodys assist us. We paid the right price but do not get satisfied. We stay only for 1 night instead of 2 nights. During the night nobody can help you if theres an emercy because nobodys on duty.. My booking deserves a refund because of the very inconvenience situation...
