How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I think it's the drainage system on the bath because it drains slow but overall it was nice. No harm done anyways.
Most of all I like the location it's within the metro and it's very accessible to all especially restaurants and famous landmarks. Hoping to comeback soon. 😊👍👌👋

The shower for our room was starting to get loose from attachment (it was leaking water through where the tube and faucet hole met) but it didn’t really stop us from having a shower.
The family rooms were spacious, air conditioner was cold and staff were very friendly and understanding.

THE BATHROOM LAVATORY, AND THERE IS NO HOT WATER
THERE IS NO BREAKFAST PROVIDED BY THE HOTEL. ITS FINE WITH US, THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THE OUTDATED LAVATORY, AND THE HOT WATER IS NOT WORKING. THE AIRCONDITIONING IS FINE.

The bathroom isnt as clean as we wanted it to be. There's no bidet, and the tissue holder is broken. the bath tub doesn't drain properly when showering. the bathroom floor also doesn't drain well. altho it does not flood, just be prepared for wet floors
The price is cheap and the location is good as it is near IT Park and near JY square

According to my friends who stayed there the hotel is so so. Nothing very special.
Staff are friendly and they allowed my friend to check in early at no extra cost as she arrived very early in morning friendly staff

there was a cockroach in our toilet. and we asked for separate beds , and they gave us separate beds but next to one another with no room to move the beds…

Facilities are quite old but clean. I'm not sure about toilets in other rooms but I suggest they have bidet. It is uncomfortable using the telephone shower while using the toilet. Also, it would be better if there is an option for an accom with free breakfast.
I like that it is very accessible to SM and Ayala and very near IT Park. The location is perfect especially if you are travelling with family and friends.

Place is shows its age and may need extra effort for maintenance. No extra pillow even if i am willing for an added fee. The shower area with the tub is a challenge for a person with disability. No hand rail. Shower head is not cleaned Towels has unusual smell. Requested to replace and was expecting a newly laundered but seems like taken from unused room. Mattress too soft, not friendly for one with back problem. Stool mattress is with stain and not pleasing to be used. Breakfast prep needs at least 20mins for preparation. Issues only 1 keycard thus when you go down for a short period of time all power is automatically turned off.
Staff are good, responsive and friendly. Quiet Has enough power outlet for your gadgets

Staff - werent very accommodating. Will only give 1 keycard per room when there are supposedly 3 guests. Not too friendly. Room - It needed a lot of renovating. It looked creepy to be honest. TV was old, not flat screen. Pillow was like a sheet, should invest in nice comfy pillows. Towel was very old, edges were already torn. No free toiletries at all. Would have been nice. Aircon was very noisy. It was like we were in a ship. No bidet in the toilet. There were also stains in the bath but could be because of how old it was. 2nd lock of the room was broken. We requested for linens for our 3rd guest but would not give us any.
Location was great.
