What I don't like is that we cannot directly go to the shop. We need to ride the cable when we visit the shop like the dreamplay. The reason is we have baby with us and not allowed to cross in the casino. But we understand and appreciated the hospitality of each staff.

I love our stay in your hotel. Made us feel at best. The staff are all friendly. The room is clean and taking care well at best. The food in the restaurant are all excellent. We will surely coming back.

nothing much, just that they didn’t explain that the extended check-out time requires a reactivation of my keycards.

really fancy and suits my taste, the check in was smooth and (sorry for forgetting her name) the one who handled the check-in was just so accommodating and even gave me free check out extension. The hyatt hotel breakfast was great (unlike in grand hyatt bgc lol).

The best hotel that we have stayed during our vacation. They made my birthday celebration extra special. The female manager is very nice, friendly and accomodating.From the receptionist and the rest of the staff are very polite and wonderful.I wanted to try different hotel to treat my family for staycation, I wish I just spent all of our stay over here. Thank you Nuwa hotel staff for being so outstanding. As a balikbayan, you make me so proud!!!

a buffet breakfast would have been better for more options

There was a problem with the bidet which produces a noisy sound but other than that, the room was perfect for an overnight stay.

Be careful if trying to use a banking card that serves as both a debit and credit card. This property prefers straight-up credit cards. The issue was resolved, but communication could have been better. Beware of the location also. It's a great property, but might not be a prime location for exploring Manila itself. Convenient to the airport though and not terribly far from other areas if you don't mind taking a short taxi ride.

Superb property. There was initially an issue with payment method via Booking, but this was resolved via message and when I showed up on the property. The staff was friendly, attentive, understanding, polite and accommodating. The location is ok, but not great, being within a short drive to Mall of Asia and the airport. However the property itself is very large, so there is not much need to leave for relatively short stays. The room itself was excellent...clean, comfortable, and large. I wish I had been able to enjoy it for longer. It was nice!

The breakfast could be improved. Also, you can definitely smell the cigarette smoke around the lobby which I didn't really like... but I guess that's what you expect in a casino hotel

The staff were very attentive! They made sure my family had a great stay and made things much more convenient and comforable for us. We had the Premier King room and it was sooo beautiful and spacious! Nice that the mini bar is complimentary. Pool was really nice too! Also nice that the hotel's location is very convenient and close to many malls

Only two elevators for our wing. Hall air conditioning was very cold.

Clean, modern, electrical outlets compatible with North American plugs; complementary room beverages. Complementary spa facilities. Room had chairs, table and lounge couch. Breakfast option had access to buffet at Hyatt.

Haliya Restaurant - waiting time for the dessert was horrendous!

The hotel is elegant and you can feel its luxury as soon as you enter the main entrance. The room is very spacious ans modern. We love the bath tub and the soaking salts provided plus the free, daily replenished mini bar.

The place is super clean and all the Staff are super friendly.The only negative review for this Hotel is you can't bring outside food and drinks and they're pretty strict with the toys you're bringing in for you kids.But overall I loved the place,super comfy bed and the bathroom is massive.Also the pool looks amazing in person.Will come back here in the future❤️

breakfast was ala carte instead of buffet breakfast and takes time to prepare; cuppacino was not good; food was good though!

i really like the hotel cleanliness and staff and convenience of restaurants nearby in the casino; and really appreciate the freebies in the room and nespresso coffee in the room was much better than the breakfast;
