There was not a single vegetarian option for breakfast.

Accommodating and helpful staff. Walking distance to Ayala Mall, Glorietta, SM Makati, and massage. In short, accessible to everything.

There is no compulsory bottled water.

the breakfast is not good and the room is not clean , the towels and bed sheets are dirty and very old I think we have not given a fresh one ,

I was impressed by its great location near attractions and dining. However, the breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and poor quality. Additionally, the air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly, leaving it uncomfortably hot. While the location is a major plus, the breakfast and AC issues detracted from my experience. I hope these are addressed for future guests.

The hotel is conveniently located, walking distance from souvenir shops such as Tesoro's and Balikbayan Handicrafts and shopping areas such as SM Makati and Glorietta. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel room is small. Breakfast is limited to a few choices (not buffet) and only coffee (no tea).

Housekeeping never cleaned my room till i had to call them late night when i returned back. basics like tissues were not provided. When asked they said they don't keep. The rooms don't have sunlight my rooms both faced a dirty centre that was not worth drawing curtains

Paid for breakfast, used pics on booking.com as a guide. This was not available, instead a limited choice set menu of rubbish (no fruit juice, hotdogs, bacon was substandard, poor quality instant coffee), I ended up buying something from local shop

The location is perfect for a traveller. Everything you need is accessible.

hotel staff very helpful. location was the best! my breakfast, while not sumptuous, was filling. the boneless fish was amazing: not too salty and not too greasy.

we know that we did not pay for 5-star accomodations, but we still expect the basics to be taken care of. 1. complained about the toilets not flushing twice before any solid action was taken. 2. bathtub drain didn't work properly. 3. only instant coffee was served. 4. omelette with vegetables was nothing more than omelette with onions and a bit of cheese.

Hotel with a very location just one block from SM Makati that is cinnected to the other malls via a foot bridge. Next to the hotel is a Japanese restaurant that we liked.

Modest and affordable accommodation. The staff are very helpful especially when making requests. I asked for an airport shuttle on the way back and they arranged for one hassle-free. I was picked up and dropped off at my desired time and the driver was quite courteous. Fantastic location as it’s near the MRT station and shopping malls which means you don’t need to faff when commuting or replenishing supply.

The air conditioner seems to be a hit and miss in terms of adjusting the temperature. The wing function doesn’t seem to be working either so the air is just directed to one of the beds which means it could be a bit warm on one side of the room. Apart from that, all good.
