I’ve been contacting them for sometime now about my refund because they charged my credit card for my stay and ask me to pay in the property the full amount. They told me they will refund the amount to me as long as I have proof that booking.com charged me the full amount. Days later I sent the proof that they already charged my credit card and ask them how can I refund the amount I transferred to their account. They are not very helpful about my situation and didn’t reply as much and didn’t update me regarding the process of my refund. It’s not much amount of money but this is very inconvenient. Until now Im still waiting for their response or just update. Very disappointing

You can't take your own food or drink, cant do laundry! There are rules & signs warning of fines. We Felt like intruders rather than guests. The staff were stern and cold, they lacked in warmth & customer service skills. We didnt find the area very nice either, although you could get a tricycle to a decent shopping mall. Unsure if they could arrange tours as they were not offered even though I had emailed asking about the underground river? We booked 2 nights, but 1 night really is enough if you are flying from PP the next day. We have been travelling for over 3 months throughout SE Asia. Stayed in many different places and enjoyed them all, but did not feel welcome here sadly! We are in our 60's, hardly party animals, yet on check in was asked to pay for the room in cash, plus a 2,000 peso damage deposit! We explained that doing this would use up all our cash so she did reduced the deposit to 500! Again, we felt uncomfortable. There's a total lack of hospitality and trust. I guess they have their reasons!

The B&B was OK, located close to the airport. OK for 1 night if you've a flight the next day. The room was bug with a kettle & fridge and the property had a nice pool area, bar & restaurant

Aircon cannot accommodate our group, as we exceed 1 pax but still it's hot. Of course for an extra charge for the excess. And lots of mosquitoes inside the room. I don't like the smell of the bedding.

Near the airport, the ambiance is relaxing. Can't comment with the food as we did not have the chance to try it due to early flight

Clean place with a nice breakfast. There’s a pool and a garden well maintained. The owners are nice and have 2 adorable dogs. Relatively close to the airport and a mall where you can buy SIM card.

Cash only. C`mon, we have 21st Century... Also, all prohibitions on every step like no food, no beverages from outside of the hotel or you will be fined etc - a bit shady. Really simple breakfast, avoid the sausage I would say, its... just dont take it.

Clean spacious rooms, a decent-sized swimming pool, and a relaxed vibe. Perfect place for the last day in Palawan before the next day departure from PPS airport. Basic amenities in the room, perfectly working aircon and Wi-Fi. Big shopping mall not far away and within walking distance to the beach. For the price - big yes.

It was a little away from the center of town but that was fine as we were doing day trips and had a short stay.

The pool was clean and comfortable for my kids to play. It was nice to have good food available at the hotel. Everyone was so nice and helpful with our various questions and needs.

We loved this hotel, planned to stay 4 nights, and ended up staying the whole week. Rooms are nice and big ( we had a ground floor with a private balcony ) Clean towels and bedding changed every other day Good air con Hot shower Breakfast was basic egg and toast, and 2 days we had an omelette, which was made by the owner, was delicious We rented their motorbike, which was 700 peso per day, The pool is beautiful and cleaned every day The surroundings are so peaceful and relaxing. There's a street food shop across the road she made us some delicious burgers and crepes The hotel is a little bit out of the area, but if ur aiming to be out and see the sites, it's ideal to come back to and relax The owner came down with a bottle of wine for us on our last night ... big thank you Fantastic Value for money x

Hard to think of something

The room was big, the pool was nice and cleaned everyday. The staff and owners were nice and helpful. The breakfast was good.

The breakfast was included in the price and among all options we were mot able to choose the breakfast, they chose the one to be served for us. Also the size of a breakfast was pretty small.

They were kind and they organised us a driver for a trip and transport to the airport.

Would diversifi the food menu to be more local food. A bit off, but no problem with tri cycles passing by all the time.

Road noise, broken shower head/knob, and breakfast was a little disappointing and sparse. One pancake, one fried egg, one sausage/hot dog, and instant coffee. No fruit :(

Clean, comfortable and accommodating. Our flight got in late and the pool was still open and staff even made us fries even though it was late.

Friendly staff and nice rooms. Can wait out front and get a tricycle easy. We were last to be picked up and first off on tours so that is a bonus. Great pool.
