The buffet breakfast didn’t offer a wide variety, and we had to pay extra for the fresh milk and hot chocolate since they weren’t included. We’re not straight black coffee drinkers—we like our coffee with fresh milk.

The room was cozy and comfortable. We loved how cool and refreshing it felt.

Our room was not that clean, there's an awful smell in the bathroom. We found roaches in the bathroom.

Staffs are accommodating, friendly and helpful. The hotel have lots of amenities. There's a safe box, their breakfast was good.

Not much to do there, unless you like to swim at the beach (which didn't look so great when I was able to get there). Not very close to beach, a 20 minute walk. If I had known that I would only have booked for 2 days. Booked for 3 and couldn't get refund for 3rd day. No hot water in shower, barely warm. Chickens and road traffic made sleep difficult. At checkout I was not refunded my deposit even though there were no extra charges.

A few more pieces of exercise equipment then many other hotels that say they have a fitness center. Nice to be able to swim 25m pool. Staff helped with setting up a birthday lunch. Food tasted good.

Breakfast was good. Room is really very nice and bed is very comfortable. Location is quiet and easy to find . Very good swimming pool ! Staff is really very polite, accommodating, and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel to all those who will go to San Juan , L.U. . Definitely will stay in this hotel again !

On first morning hotel wanted us to take breakfast in our room. It wasn’t delivered and when we asked it came reheated and dry. Other days the breakfast was buffet but had refrigerated scrambled eggs and toaster was useless. Windows in the hotel haven’t been cleaned for a long time.

I like the location and the pool. This could be a wonderful hotel but is just okay because of a lack of care to details.

There is a place in front that had loud music until late, and then again in the very early morning (like from 7am) It was just one day from the 4 we stayed, and there was a festivity, so don’t think it will be noisy all the time.

The only thing that we didn't like is the bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable.

Check-in was seamless and the staff were really friendly even though we arrived at past 12mn already. The free breakfast was also sumptuous. Too bad we only stayed for less than 12hrs, I would've loved to swim in the large pool.

A few minor improvements in the rooms are needed. I already gave my feedback to the staff. But nothing major. It didn't affect the stay much.

On top of the list is the staff, they were all gracious, patient, kind and accommodating. They really tried to address our requests and needs. Second is the pool, which is really big, it gave our family a lot of room to play around and have fun. Third is the area where the hotel is located. Initially we were disappointed that it was not very close to the beach (5 mins drive). But the hotel offers a free shuttle that drives guest to and from the beach. However, I liked the quietness of the area in contrast to the very crowded and noisy area around the beach. It allowed our family to have some sort of privacy which enabled us to have a more carefree and enjoyable time

Wifi was too slow to use, But they had their own Netflix account that worked! Bathroom was a little moldy in spots and the faucet was loose and the drain was clogged in the shower. But they had toilet seat! Lol yay!
