We had a very nice stay at Cebu R Hotel – Capitol. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Great value for the price, and the location is convenient for exploring the city. Would happily stay here again!

The AC, like many places in the Philippines, was horribly loud and in a very bad location above the bed.

We spent one night here, it was perfectly fine. The room was spacious, equipped with a fridge and kettle. There was hot water for the shower. The breakfast was also fine, although the free breakfast only includes instant coffee and salty options so if we wanted something else, we had to buy it. Suitable for short stays.

the view from the window is fire wall from next building, we booked 4 persons but there were only 2 towels, we have to ask for extra although the receptionist are very accommodating. there's no cups provided for coffee..

Second stay of our holiday. This was a standard room, we preferred the mini suite we had the first time as it had a kettle, tea/coffee, bath tub , table etc. This room was perfectly adequate though and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful

The only downside was that the room had a noticeable humidity smell.

Our stay was short as we arrived late and only spent the night before heading to the airport the next day. The room was clean and conveniently located near restaurants and shops like 7-Eleven. We were happy with our stay overall. The included breakfast was delicious, which was a nice bonus.

The rooms are clean and They change beddings regularly which I don’t expect they would as the hotel is quite cheap. They serve bfast too but in small portions. Overall it’s good and well recommended.

TV and AC could use an upgrade. Nothing special with the served breakfast. Perhaps just a little fix on the lighting. Would I check-in here again? Perhaps I would try to search for and try much newer hotels but they have good value for money.

The place is located near the Capitol and is only a few mins away from the city attractions although there's nothing much to see around the area. The staff were polite and accommodating - when I requested for extra pillows and the breakfast was delivered inside the room. There is a bath tub and it came as a surprise. The room is quite spacious from what I was expecting and there is a massage bed! You can refill water from the dispenser outside the room. Quick and easy checkout and checkin process.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. We were assigned a suite on the 5th floor, and from the moment we entered, we noticed that the room wasn’t in great condition. The main issue was the bathroom, which was not only dirty but also had an unbearable smell. It was so bad that we had to complain every single day. Although the staff did come to check and clean the bathroom, the unpleasant odor returned every time. Despite bringing this up multiple times, they didn’t offer to switch our room or find a more permanent solution. It was frustrating, especially since we were paying for it While the rest of the room itself was decent, the ongoing issue with the bathroom left a sour taste on the entire experience.

Staff are very friendly and best customer service I would say and breakfast is good and M the 2nd room that we stayed because we extended for 1 more day is excellent very clean.

The AC was very noisy and the unit was hanging right next to the bed meaning that you got a cold draft right on your head if you turned it on. To avoid serious colds we only used the fan on low. So in a way the AC was pretty useless.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room adequate considering the price. Nice barbecue restaurant close by.

The hotel was clean and within the city area. Staff were very helpful and accomodating. Their special chorizo breakfast was my favorite.
