The road from Batangas was not good in some sections

The beach is rocky and so swimming can be challenging. However, this place offers competitive pricing and they have indicated details on the website about the beach and the hotel that allows guests like me to make informed decisions prior to booking.

The aesthetics of the place was spot on. It was as promised in the listing. Also, it was near other interesting places that fed my curiosity and hunger for exploring Lobo, Batangas.

The faucet at the cr is not stable that much. There's no rug inside the room. The floor tends to get wet. The roof in the room is too bright when it's morning, so it's hard to sleep. There are not many activities to do when you're there. *Some games or tv would be good too.

The house is clean, the staff is good. I love that it has beach access. They accommodated us despite the late time of check in. Good and reasonable price. Nice view also.

No shower facilities on the ground floor. We have to go up tocthe room to shower. No handrails on the stairs. Senior citizen unfriendly.

We stayed 3D/2N with our 4 dogs the place was exceptional! Everything we need was provided by the care takers I forgot to ask for their names (my bad) their kid is super biba English speaking hehehe. The hotel is superb clean, toilet and beddings the AC can freeze you to death hahaha I was slightly hesitant sa shared kitchen kasi mahirap kumilos pag may ka-share lalo na hindi kakilala pero in the end it exceeded my expectation. Everything basic is in there they have multiple of everything needed so kahit sabay2x lahat ng guest magluto may magagamit, less to worry when packing, literally all you need to bring are your clothes and money. I like the outside community as well very homey may sari-sari store where in you can buy meat and tingi and the convenience store ng another hotel, down the road maraming tinda ihaw ihaw, turo-turo etc. Malabrigo light house is just 5-7min away. The sea is clean suitable for some sea water dipping but not for diving mabato yung beach shore and sea floor good thing we were informed ahead of time so we brought our aqua shoes (you really need this). 5 🌟 for us specially our dogs! Thanks for accepting our booking with no additional fee for them.💜

Wonderful Family Weekend at CASA TALIA BEACH HOUSE– Highly Recommended! My family and I just spent two fantastic nights at Casa Talia and it was absolutely an experience to remember. The resort itself was wonderful—clean, cozy, and ideally located right on the beach. The peaceful ambiance made our stay so relaxing, and the facilities were just what we required for a brief but lovely break. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff, particularly Dan and Maricar. They were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate our requests, making us feel right at home. Their kindness and professionalism added so much to our stay. We also witnessed firsthand how well the resort handles challenging situations. We had one challenging guest (a stereotypical "Karen" incident) who kept insisting on free diving in an unsafe zone with her husband and child, over clear safety regulations. Dan, and the barangay staff, dealt with the situation patiently and with compassion, being careful about everyone's safety while also clearly following the resort's policies. It was amazing to watch how professionally and calmly they handled the situation, demonstrating that the staff really cares about the well-being of their guests. In general, we had a great time and would definitely recommend Casa Talia to anyone who is searching for a relaxing beach vacation with top-notch hospitality. Huge thanks to Dan, Maricar, and the entire team—we can't wait to return! 5/5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I booked this place for my parents and their friends and they had a great time. The rooms are clean and well thought of. Customer service is superb and they went above and beyond especially when they had to deliver the medicine my parents’ friends left in the hotel. You need to go down a few flights of stairs to reach the beach. Beach is rocky. There is no restaurant in the hotel.Either you cook, order delivery, or walk to a nearby place to eat.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. You can find everything you need in their kitchen! Our room is spacious and has a nice view of the beach, awesome view of the sunset. Will definitely go back and stay with Casa Talia again! :)
