Just the Wi-Fi connection in our room but with the other room we had, it was not a problem.

The property itself has a lovely ambiance being an ancestral home. Location was perfect for what we need.All the staffs are lovely and helpful. Our request of early check in was granted with extra charge of course. And hot water is available!

The sound proofing wasnt great, you could hear people talking outside the room. Had to press rhe doorbell and wait for staff to open gate to enter felt every time you wanted to leave or enter the hotel felt a little bit awkward, since we are the type to go back and forth alot, even late at night.

The AC was a bit loud at night. The bathroom has a step up which can trip someone in the dark if they aren’t careful.

All the staff are very friendly, approachable, and responsive to any requests I made. The hotel also agreed to refund me when I had to leave early due to the typhoon.

The bathroom when we came in, the sink was clogged and the toilet flush is very hard to flush.There was no soap or shower gel in the shower.They don’t clean the rooms.

The property is nice,location close to church and surrounded by different restaurants.The hotel is very nice especially the living area with different seating area’s which are decorated by antique decor.

Drinking water was provided whenever we needed however there were no facilities where we could fill and clean our water bottles. We only stayed one night but if we were to stay longer, it would be an issue to request water again and again, particularly at night. We had clean water access everywhere we stayed in the Philippines.

The staff was very helpful and available 24/7 whenever we needed help. The facility was good and we were able to stay comfortably.

A very minor issue are the toiletries provided which included most things a person would need except for a tiny soap that was included in the kit. It’s not usable for a shower. It’s enough to wash ones face but it breaks right away when used in the shower.

The properly was surprising very well appointed and nicely designed from a residence to now a bed and breakfast place. We needed a place with 8 beds and we fortunately got 4 rooms at Casa Roces. The property’s centrally located and close to restaurants open 24/7 without being in the main streets that could be noisy. One last thing that is a much appreciated is Marisa, the staff of Casa who’s welcoming, helpful and very attentive to our needs!

The water pressure is too low, it was difficult to take shower even in the evening. Hotel should also put remote control for AC. I keep waking up to turn off or lower/increase temperature.

The location is good - near Jollibee, Robinsons and other restaurants. The staff is very kind and helpful. Very homey.

I think they forgot to give us toiletries (soap and shampoo) and drinking water but we brought our own so its was not a big issue with us. The water pressure in the bathroom is still weak, and there will be times when the shower would stop for several seconds. Towels look a shabby.

The house is walking distance to downtown and government offices. Walking distance also from drugstore, supermarket, restaurants. This is our second time to stay in this property. We chose to go back because our experience last time was great.
