The people who work in the resort from the front desk; restaurant; drivers, and security guard were super friendly and very accommodating to what we ask to make our stay more relaxing. The resort is clean and pleasant, room were clean and comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant and they used mosquitoes repellant and the smell were very strong that I have to use mask in order not to inhale the strong mosquitoes repellant. Facility can be improve by having air-conditioned.

From the front desk, to the cleaning crews were all super friendly and always willing to assist us with a smile. My family and I, are greatful for the service the give us. For sure we will come back next time we visited Camotes.

Sometimes the personal is omniprésent but all the time nice with us. The only point négatif is the smell come from the bathroom.

Hotel is good choice in Camotes. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was organizing tours, giving local tips, or simply ensuring I was comfortable. The location of the hotel is ideal not far from port with hotel shuttle.

There was one person from the hotel, who made frequent jokes about me being alone here and he made bad jokes about his female co workers. It made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I don’t think the Philippines is about offering foreigners girls. This is unheard of! The restaurant closes at 19.30 already. Not much options around, so you need to plan food well, while being there.

Breakfast was great. The pool is very nice! The driver that the hotel organized for a day trip was great and super friendly! Staff in general super friendly and helpful!

There is no wind at all, because all sides are closed with rooms, walls, plants … it is small and cramped. It is a fine, outdated hotel for families with young children. The slides are old, but fine for kids

We would have loved to try the restaurant but last order is at 7.30 pm which is a bit early for us. Other than that, all very good.

After reading the reviews on Booking, we hesitated between this resort and another one on Santiago Bay and the Ocean Heaven Resort clearly exceeded our expectations and we even extended our stay there. We loved the place, the swimming pools, our bedroom was huge with all the necessary amenities and terrace as well. We knew the property wasn t beachfront but it is literally a 2 min walk from another resort that lets you in to see the sunset ( we didn t have to pay but we had dinner in the resort everynight).We rented a scooter for the whole week for 500 PHP per day. Breakfast consists of a filipino or western choice, and on sunday there was a huge buffet breakfast ( maybe because there were a lot of people). The pools close at 10 pm which is great for a refreshing after dinner dip, we loved the laid back and serenity of the place. Staff is also great, caring for your everey need and endlessly smiling. One can buy drinks at the reception and at the pool bar and restaurant. Free pick up and drop off to Consuelo port is also a bonus.

We need to walk to another resort to see the white sand beach. The location of the resort is not premiere to the beach.

Had to close curtains all the time to have privacy from people walking past. Maybe better sun lounges to relax around the pool areas.

Professional and welcoming Staff. Clean and comfortable room. Quiet and peaceful environment. Good tv channels. Had a fridge. Plenty of storage. Everything worked. WiFi was better here at the room but it does come and go.This is standard across the Island. X2 pools. Lovely grounds. Well cared for. Decent restaurant. No stray dogs roaming around the grounds. Free pick up service from port in good sized vehicle. Great communication via email/ whatsapp. Also stayed in a neighbouring newer hotel and this one was more comfortable and the room is better and quieter for longer stays. Across the road is a small kiosk where you can rent a scooter at a good price if you have it for a few days. Just ask for a discount. Breakfast has basic choices but better than our poor offering at a neighbouring hotel. Nice restaurant for lunch or evening meals. Just down the road is a well known resort you can pay a small fee to walk around,. Don't think they charge you if you use their restaurant. Good place to see the sunset. Lots of dogs around tho. They urinate on all the sunlounges etc, also annoy guests. You can also pay a small fee to use their pool. It is a bit dated tho. If I had the choice again, I would have chosen Camptes Ocean Heaven Resort as a long term base to stay.
