The staff were nice however felt a little sometimes that they were a bit too much in your business of what you were doing. Ate here on our first night but the food was very overpriced for what we got. There was dance type music played a lot of the time so not as peaceful as expected and got woken up very early by someone sweeping our doorstep a couple of mornings.

The fact the property is on the beach just felt like paradise! A bit far from el Nido town but we found it a fantastic location! The rooms are nice, clean, good bathroom facilities and staff were helpful.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place for 2.5 weeks, and I’m absolutely delighted! The location is perfect—right on the beach, which I could enjoy at any time of day. The beach itself is long, wide, and clean, making walks or lazy sunbathing a real pleasure. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, allowing for complete relaxation with the soothing sound of waves in the background. The property is spotlessly clean, and the bathrooms are tidied up daily—a huge plus! A lovely extra touch was the complimentary morning coffee, which was a perfect way to start each day. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful—always ready with advice and making sure I felt right at home. And the food was delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway, away from the crowds but with the sea at their doorstep and a fantastic atmosphere. Long time waiting for food but not always

This is a peaceful place that is yet to be developed. The owners do their best to make your stay comfortable. Yes, there is glass on the beach, which should be noted. Getting there is expensive 😫 but worth the time and patience as the beach develops restaurants, pop-up rubber bands, and sticky tape are replaced by efficiency, and beach bums will find another peaceful place to snooze hugs Pam

If you want a calm stay in remote beach I strongly recommend this place! The stuff were very friendly and helpful. There is everything what you can need - they serve food, nearby there is a very good place for a massage ( definetely best massage in Philippines surounded by waves sound from the sea), and not crowded beach where you can chill and clear your mind😊

I like the modern style of bathroom it’s sparkling clean which you can use comfortably anytime. The restaurant serves good and delicious food with an affordable price. We stayed just for a night yet the staff gave a luxurious service! Always smiling and approachable. They are attending to our needs every time. The room has an aesthetic vibe, and you can hear the sound of the waves like a lullaby, gently lulling you to sleep. It’s a perfect place whenever you need peace and serenity. I will definitely go back to this place next time with my friends. You should definitely come here!!!

What we didn’t like about the property: Our stay at Bucana Beach House was extremely disappointing and far from what was advertised. Here are the main issues we faced: 1. False Advertising: The property was not as described or shown in the listing. The second bedroom was an open attic with no privacy, and the mattresses were simply placed on the floor. The advertised kitchen had no stove, fridge, or toaster, making it impossible to prepare our own meals. 2. Substandard Conditions: There were holes in the walls, exposed electrical cables, and leaking plumbing in the bathroom. The toilet wasn’t connected to running water, so we had to fill it manually. 3. Air Conditioning Issues: The attic had no air conditioning on the first night, and when it was provided the next day, the room remained unbearably hot due to unsealed windows, a gap between the roof and walls, and broken glass above the doors. The air conditioning in the second bedroom was old, loud, and malfunctioned during our stay. 4. Hygiene Problems: Ants were coming into the bathroom through a hole in the shower area, and the overall cleanliness of the property was poor. 5. Accessibility Issues: We were not informed that the property had no car access. On the first night, we had to wade through water to cross a hanging bridge and walk on a muddy path to reach the location. 6. Extra Charges: The advertised free airport shuttle was not provided, and we were charged PHP 1,500 for the transfer. 7. Communication Problems: Some staff struggled with English, which led to issues such as incorrect meal orders. Additionally, the menu did not have prices, so we had no idea how much we would be charged for meals. 8. Disrupted Plans: Due to these conditions, two members of our group left early, causing significant disruption to our plans and added stress. Overall, the property was in no condition to accommodate guests, and the experience was extremely disappointing. We expected far better based on the listing.

I like people: all personal, owner and manager, who every day give advices for this place and country at all. For help in organization from excursions to congrats my friend with birthday! They were every moments that we need . They are professional. We like how to cook there, we ate there every day, everything was very tasty. And of course, place - it's your own beach, almost own))) thank you for everything, I recommend this place!
