The pool is shallow, you cannot enjoy to swim even the water is inviting. Internet is slow.

Breakfast buffet is the best for me. The elevator is working so quick, no need to wait longer.

Exceptionally noisy as right on the corner of a main road so you can hear traffic ALL night long .

Very clean and well presented property. We only stayed for a day (had a 2 am flight out of Cebu) but the facilities were wonderful. The pool and roof top bar are enjoyable.

The only set back was the leaking water in the elevator which was dealt with promptly. Otherwise a most relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was roomy with plenty of natural light from the large windows, and it was nice having a separate shower and bath. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of savoury and sweet choices. The rooftop pool was a pleasant spot with good views over the city.

Rooftop pool & bar, Albert is as welcoming as it gets. Also, products from local Cebu brewery. Restaurant: it starts with the breakfast WOW. Then, everything else we had was just scrumptious.

As it is in the centre of town, noise of the traffic, especially at night, can be an issue.

Lex Hotel is at the centre of Cebu city. It is very convenient to go to nearby restaurants, Mac Do or a 7-11... they are all adjacent to the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are very welcoming and helpful.

The bathroom could use some new caulk lining as it is mouldy in some places. I had to request the bathroom to be recleaned upon checking in, but this was done quickly. The restaurant service was not as good as the one for breakfast and lunch. We waited 2 hours for our dishes. The pillows on the bed are too hard, but that is personal preference.

The service was immaculate - fast, efficient and friendly. Other countries and hotels need to learn from the staff of Lex Hotel Cebu. The breakfast was good but nothing to rave about. In my opinion, they're trying to cater to too many tastes. Get rid of the pastries and cakes because they tasted horrible. Everything that was prepared fresh was absolutely delicious - especially the make-to-order egg dishes are excellent. The rooftop pool is perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The gym is OK at most, it's very outdated, so I hope management decides to upgrade the gym to a more modern standard. Room cleaning service is top-notch and all the public facilities are clean and up to date.

Room/Bathroom lack proper exhaust/ventilation that caused Musty Odour, and we had to ask for room freshener, It's not a big issue, though.

Good Hotel, convenient location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast is suitable for vegetarians with options of fruits, pasta, sandwiches, juices, deserts, cakes, etc.

Our room was next to some machineroom (outside), that was a little bit noisy. We stayed in room 310. No view from window.
