Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesThe only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. It feels really small and tight. I didn't like the shower in the room. There is not much of a lip to keep the shower water from entering the rest of the bathroom, and water goes into the bathroom. This could be helped a little if the shower curtain was bigger and longer, extending to the floor. This is fixable with a towel but poor design. Not a big deal, but it was the only thing I didn't like about the Belmont, but we were here for just one night.
I booked the Belmont because it was close to Terminal Three of Manila airport. The hotel can be reached by a covered and enclosed walkway that is accessible on the fourth floor of Terminal Three. Once you reach the other end of the walkway, there is an elevator. When you exit the elevator, turn right and right again out the door. You will be in a bus station. Take a left and follow the sidewalk. Cross the street and head to the left. Left is the drive through for McDonalds. You will want to turn right, and you will see the front of the Belmont. The rooms were good and the breakfast was delicious. It is a great place to stay overnight near the airport to catch a flight the next day.

United StatesThe proximity to the airport and access to the skyway bridge to the airport was exceptional. These made catching an early morning flight quick and easy.

AustraliaThe indoor slippers provided, is basically useless, it’s very thin. No robe and no hair dryer/ blower available. We stayed in family room, basically two connecting rooms. I wish that the connecting door is planned properly so it’s not space consuming and awkward position when left open. Lastly, unfortunately, there is no routine bus or transit available for guests, from airport to hotel. I remember, the nearby hotel I stayed before, has this service. But that was 5 yrs ago. So, next time, if my flight is from/to Terminal 3. Yes I’ll stay here. If not, nope, I’ll consider other hotels.
I like the convenience that it’s very close and walking distance to Terminal 3, where we were departing. The hotel is great for before and after flight for short period. The bed & pillows are comfortable. The shower is great. The room is small for my usual preference but we only stayed technically for 10hrs just to sleep & breakfast, so its ok. Breakfast is good & enough. Nothing grand. Gym is good too, clean and has what I need. The airport view on rooftop is great. I will consider staying here again for a night or maximum two, for my before & after flights.

ItalyLate serving of espresso coffee and cappuccino which are not part of the buffet breakfast (needed to pay separately) - they were served when we already finished eating. Hotel's price is a bit expensive.
Superb Staff as usual - always welcoming, helpful and greets you with a big smile; Location is perfect especially if your out/inbound NAIA terminal is 3; Concierge team's help on GRAB transportation service booking is also very much appreciated.

SwitzerlandThe enviroment ist little bit boring. Around the hotel is not many things to do. But it's ok, to stay just one night was ok.
For us was this stay and location perfect. We arrived in the morning in Manila and we had our connection flight the next morning. Walking distance from our terminal to the hotel. So it was very easy.
