In my room, there was a stuck used cotton bud on one of the bed frames.

I like the service of caretakers of the venue. They were very attentive to our needs. They gave us an extension for the use of the pool because we were a bit late on checking in. The house was nice and the facilities were good. The provided kitchen supplies utensils were also very useful as we didn't have to bring much.

Rough road going to the location, the resort does not have a signboard by the entrance so quite confusing to know if you’re at the right place

The property is very exclusive. We got to enjoy the place by ourselves on our first day. The villas are separated, so even when there were other guests, the proximity is enough to still enjoy privacy. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The accomodation is clean and complete with amenities. The heated pool is perfect for a night swim and the private beachfront is all to yourself and is a nice spot to get some sun and have a nice dip to the sea. We enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing.

All good but there is some funny smell coming from the one of the bathroom drain downstairs. Another one is that they need a clear, visible sign that indicates the property location, even clear directions /signs along the road leading to the place. We lost looking for the place. Take aways these minor inconveniences, I’d rent this place again.

One aspect I find unfavorable is the refund policy when we cancelled the extra Two Bedroom House we booked earlier; it would be beneficial to permit guests to receive a full refund if they cancel earlier. Additionally, the swimming pool presents a potential safety concern with tiles on the steps resembling the pool flooring, and the absence of depth indicators in the corners. To enhance the overall appeal, consider adding a gazebo bar by the poolside to attract guests from various countries. The resort could also benefit from the inclusion of a hot tub and a basketball court. Given the coral beach setting, it's advisable for guests to wear beach sandals.

The staff members were amiable, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was both enjoyable and convenient. The 5-bedroom Mansion House we booked was exceptional, with only a minor inconvenience of empty soap dispensers, which was easily manageable. The resort provided a secure and private environment, enhancing our overall experience. However, be mindful of the strict management policies on the damage deposit and resort inventories; ensure proper care of items like towels, utensils, plates, and cups before checkout.

What i dont like is the road going to the place because it was too narrow and two way so everyone has to give way to each other and its not easy for a big cars to drive in there. Its far from the central area. And the road is rough and narrow. And the insects that flying and crawling in the night. The place was not really cleaned at all.

It was nice that the place was very near to the sea and has a pool as an option that we can enjoy too. We stayed there for 4 days. We arrived early before the allowed check in time 2pm since we came far, and thought that we would allowed to check in before 2 pm but the caretaker told us that they could allow us but we have to pay extra for the early check in so we decided to drive out again and hanged around in the mall. First night turned out not good, my husband and i did not sleep well bcoz of the insects flying around in our room, (niknik) a lot on the wall and ants on the wall too. So the next day i talked to the caretaker about the problem and they sprayed on our room so after that luckily there was no more insect in our room. I even asked them to spray in the kitchen coz i saw some cockroaches hanging around in the night. We stayed in a 2 bedroom for 4 people. The bedroom has aircon but the living area has no aircon at all,only fan.

The upstairs shower floor is a bit slippery, and the footrugs are not that absorbent... but that's easy to address.

The place is really quiet, clean and cozy. I love that the pool area and the beach area has a lot of seating/hang out areas. We were also able to put up a tent where our kids played. The 5 bedroom mansion is huge and comfortable for all of us. Big rooms. Clean beddings. I love that the kitchen has complete cooking utensils. You just have to bring the food that you need to cook. And towels are provided. The staff was exceptional. Very kind and easy to call. When we need something (like towels and footrugs) they give it to us right away.

The beach is not clean and the shore is full of rocks. The location is not accurate from the google maps. We got lost finding the properties. There is quiet hour from 10:00 pm - 6:00 am but the neighbor/other side of the beach still noisy after 10 pm.

The swimming pool is good and the staff are friendly.

It was hard to find. It took us a long time to find the location. Area is secluded. Beds were uncomfortable. 10 pm was supposed to be quiet time but guests were making loud noises in the pavilion until about 12 am. Our sleep was interrupted. There was no staff to complain to. I messaged host via email and messenger but I didn’t get reply.
